The property is pretty run down. The door to my area of the hotel that led to the outside didn’t lock at all. A fire alarm went off randomly. The hosts and staff were all nice, and my room was fine, but the property definitely needs some upgrades.

HVAC filter super dusty, obviously overlooked by maintenance over the years. Door had very slight gap from the frame so light and noise gets through easily. One of the elevators stopped working with people still in it. Bed was clean and comfortable.

I loved the property there was a power outage in perris the power was off for over 24 hours. The temperature drops down to 33 degree. We had no lights no heat. I called and spoke with the front desk staff. The young man that helped me with my reservation. The representative was so wonderful and assisted me with my reservations and got me and my family checked in. It was so nice to be able to sleep and stay warm we were able to get some sleep and in the morning my family was able to eat a hot meal. I give this resort 100 stars for there services i was able to get a room right away. We were to get into a room thank you embassy staff.

Not a good experience
I was sent to a room that someone was already in. Then when I went back to the front desk, they downgraded me. They bed was very uncomfortable also. They said they would give me 50% off my stay. I called Hotels.com and Embassy with no refund. I talked to multiple people at Embassy Suites and they said it would be taken care of. They still haven’t taken care of it.

We stayed on the fourth floor and noticed lots of needed repairs. The hotels walls had chipped paint and baseboards that were in need of replacement. The sink faucet had rust at the base. Definitely not something I expected from an embassy suites, this should not be something you see from a big chain hotel. Temecula is a beautiful place and this hotel just does not fit in with the cleanliness and beauty of the city. It was disappointing to say the least.
