The rooms are absolutely perfect and very spacious. The living area is large and the furniture is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very spacious and is able to hold a cooking group to do all the cooking. The barbecue outside is actually great along with the pool and the spa. The grounds are absolutely stunning. The house is absolutely perfect for large family and our guests loved coming back to it for the second time. It is a great vacation home for a large family. It is spectacular!

- BBQ Grill with propane tank provided
- Smart TV in the living room, and every bedroom.

Spa and pool:
- Spa heating is included for 5hrs/night, programmed to heat the SPA ONLY from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Ask our management team for pool or extra heating fee. The pool may not be heated during winter due to the low air temperature.

Parking:
- No parking space in the garage.
- Parking space on the driveway is limited to 10 vehicles. Parking on the street near the property is NOT ALLOWED!
Guest access
Guests can use the entire villa except the garage.
Other things to note
- The fireplaces are not operational

- Pet fee
Include pets in your reservation and the pet fee will apply. NO CATS!!!

- Security Cameras
Security cameras outside the house for safety reasons. Noiseware is installed to monitor the noise level. (do not record sound, only monitor noise level).

If you are looking to have a party, this is NOT the home to rent. NO VISITORS are allowed at all times without approval from the host in advance.


We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and Riverside County has VERY strict Noise Ordinances as the followings:
- Quiet hour: Between 9:30 pm and 8 am.
- No amplified music outdoors.
- No excessive shouting/yelling
- No vehicles with excessively loud exhaust
- No loud music coming from vehicles

NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS:
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, 924 & 927).

- Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine of up to $10,000 (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, 924 & 927) and could lead to immediate eviction.

- Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this property. The ID of the Responsible guest who make the reservation will be requested after the booking.
