Your family with have all the room they need in this spacious 3 bedroom brick home. The home has been thoughtfully updated with all the modern conveniences while maintaining historical charm. The home is conveniently located to several Central Texas destinations, 30 mins to Magnolia Silos in Waco, 20 mins to shopping in Salado, 15 mins to the Expo Center in Belton, 11 mins to Scott & White Hospital in Temple, and only 4 mins to the Frank Mayborn Civic & Convention Center.
There are security cameras one each front and back doors, outside only.

Great Stay Great Host.
Me and my family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here in June 2024. The place was great for our needs. We were able to see family that lived close by, shower every night, and even do laundry so we didn’t have to when we got home. Check in process was super easy! Communication with host was great! She even checked in with us half way through the stay to make sure we didn’t need any supplies. House was super clean and exactly what was described. We would definitely stay here again! Couple things of note: -We did not use the backyard so cannot comment on that. -The back bedroom was a bit warm (we were in Texas in June-DUH!) so we didn’t use that one. Though a bedside fan thing was provided. (idk what it was but it did blow cold air) So my kids slept in the same room as they are still young enough. -The only shower was an en suite. You have to enter one of the bedrooms to use it. (Just to note for groups of people). Also the shower points toward the curtain, so we couldn’t have it all the way on (affecting water pressure) as we couldn’t angle the spout down any and didn’t want to flood the bathroom. Not a deal breaker. -driveway was a bit tight to turn into, we drove a truck. Again not a deal breaker.

Quiet little sanctuary...
We had to come to Temple to handle some sad family business and this little house was a soft place to land. It was quiet, organized and central to everything. Best of all, we had an amazing host who was so easy to work with and over-the-top attentive to our needs. We will always stay here when we visit Temple. Very impressed.

Perfect respite…
The house was extremely clean and precisely put together. The details were impeccable. I always look for places that are 1) No smoking 2) Clean 3) Have some charm. This was the place! Not over the top or elaborate, just a comfortable abode with which we could lazily relax after a day or two of testing at S&W. We appreciate hosts like this. Very comfortable
This is a older home close to the old/historical area of Temple. Very quite and peaceful. We sat outside most evenings. Lots of beautiful large shade trees. Very clean inside. We enjoyed our stay very much.
