We are located just a short drive away from many westside Paso Robles wineries, plus just two minutes drive to Trader Joes in Templeton!

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a great room, with all new furnishings and decor, plus a piano for the musician in the family. The living areas are elegantly furnished with plush sofas, designer décor, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of pool area, fruit trees and outdoor kitchen (coming soon!).

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. Adjacent is a sophisticated dining area perfect for hosting memorable dinners.

The bedrooms are havens of relaxation, each designed with luxury linens, ample closet space, and practicality. The primary bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a king size bed, an en suite bathroom with a deep jetted soaking tub, separate walk in tile shower and duel sink vanity. Three more guest bedrooms upstairs feature a king size bed in two of the bedrooms, and a full over twin bunk bed in the last guest bedroom. These rooms share a full bathroom with a walk in shower. Gather together on the sofa in the entertainment hub, located on the second floor, with a big screen Smart TV with a Roku stick, to access all your favorite streaming services.

Outside, discover a private oasis with a sparkling solar heated* pool, in pool spa, sun loungers, and gardens with fruit trees, ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying al fresco dining. A cozy outdoor fireplace adds to the charm, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Enjoy a game of basketball on the half court out back, enjoy the fun pool games or just relax on the outdoor sectional with a good book.

We are located just minutes away from the prestigious westside Paso Robles wineries, plus a two minute drive (or pleasant neighborhood walk) to Trader Joes grocery store or Templeton's quaint Main Street.

Guests are required to provide the following to finalize their reservation through our reservation software after booking: Sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and complete the authorization for the security deposit 2 days prior to arriving at the property.

*NOTE: Your reservation will include the main house only if you book for 8 or less people. If you want to have access to the Casita, you need to book our Villa Allegria Luxe listing or reach out to us for if you want to use the additional space. The pool casita sleeps up to four, in a queen size bed in bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in living room plus a kitchen and full bathroom with walk in shower, for an additional fee. Reservations booked for 8 people or less will not include the casita. Please ensure your guest count is accurate on your reservation, including children and babies, to ensure you pricing and booking is accurate. No outside guests are allowed on property without permission from the host. We have a strict max of 8 people on the property at any given time, so if you party is at the max, you can not have any guests over. So sorry, but we have county regulations to abide by. Thank you for your understanding.

POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to arrange heating for your stay. The typical cost is $400 for a two- to three-night visit, and heating must be scheduled for the entire duration of your stay. The pool temperature can be set to the low to mid 80s and generally, the ideal temperature for a pool is between 78°F and 85°F, although most adults prefer 85°F to 89°F. Spa heating is complimentary year-round, and we kindly ask that usage be limited to one hour per day to help conserve energy.

For guest safety and water quality, we cannot heat the pool above 85°F. At higher temperatures, algae and bacteria can grow, and chlorine becomes less effective at keeping the water clear and safe.

*NOTE: This is NOT a party house. We strictly enforce our quiet hour of 10pm, and any large or loud gathering will be shut down immediately, and could result in an immediate eviction with no refund. Please do not book this home if you are planning a loud gathering or want to stay up very late outside. No pool or spa use after 10pm. This is a family home in a family neighborhood, so we are looking to book guests that appreciate and respect that fact. Please don't make us be the bad guys here....we don't like it and you won't either :)
