Don’t be fooled by the pictures and the price… This hotel is disgusting.
Arrived with my wife, checked in, and took the smelly elevator to the third floor.
Upon entry to our room, discovered a giant hole in the wall, yellow stains on the white comforter, and cobwebs in the corners.
Went back down and asked for a different room, and was told by the front desk man that they were fully booked. Keep in mind, there were only seven cars in the entire parking lot. When explaining the dirtiness of the room, he merely said we don’t have anyone to clean until tomorrow. He finally assigned me a different room.
Upon entering the second room, another hole in the wall, rubber baseboard in the corner falling off of the wall with loose drywall pieces on the ground, and most disturbing - three stink bugs crawling across the ceiling, one of which I took a picture of.
I went back downstairs and told the man there is no way we can stay here. We do not have any confidence that anything is cleaned and there are bugs in the rooms. I asked for a refund and he said I have to call the manager on Monday, but she doesn’t give refunds.
Consequently, we immediately booked a room at the Drury In. and had a wonderful stay there.
This hotel lied to Expedia and said we stayed the night there siding that is the reason that they will not give me a refund. They will not return my phone calls.
Stay here at your own risk, and don’t expect any help if you have a Customer Service issue
