The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout are already our standard.

The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Welcome to Sesam, a refined villa located in a quiet residential area by the outskirts of Moraira. Enjoying an elevated position, providing unrivaled sea views. Only 4 Km. separate us from the beautiful coastal town of Moraira, where a large variety of bars, restaurants, and shops can be visited together with the main sand beach “La Ampolla” and various water activities like scuba diving and jet ski trips. This superb villa will make it hard for you to leave this lovely spot.

By the drive, we find parking for 1 car, from where, stairs lead down to the bottom floor, where a spacious exterior welcomes us, with a private swimming pool, the heart of the terrace, surrounded by sunbeds, spacious sun patios, an outdoor dining area with BBQ. The exterior is well surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants.

The entire accommodation is on two levels, connected through internal and external stairs and enjoying modern attention-to-detail decoration with refined furniture throughout. From the parking, the stairs lead us down to the upper floor, presented with 1 double with Air conditioning and another twin bedroom, each enjoying a balcony with sea views and sharing a full bathroom. Internal stairs lead down to the lower level where we find a modern fitted kitchen a guest WC, a dining/living area with Sat+TV+DVD with direct access to the pool. We follow continued by a double bedroom with A/C, an En-Suite bathroom, and also access to the pool area.
