Villa Mar Alborán on ihanteellinen lomahuvila Morairassa Costa Blancalla. Sijaitsee rauhallisella, umpikujaan sopivalla alueella Pla del Marin ylellisellä ja rauhallisella alueella Morairassa. 5 minuutin kävelymatka kaupunkiin ja 9 minuutin kävelymatka rannalle.

Tämä kaunis lomahuvila on piilossa pensasaitojen takana, tilavalla yksityisellä trooppisella puutarhalla ja turvatulla uima-altaalla. Rakastat tätä tyypillistä välimerellistä huvilaa ja voit valita monista erilaisista terasseista, jotka tarjoavat sekä aurinkoa että varjoa. Yläkerrassa: (ulkoportaat) makuuhuone, 24 m2, kylpyhuone (uusittu 2013). Poistu parvekkeelta, jolta on upea merinäköala ja uskomattomat auringonlaskut.

Pohjakerros: (ulkoaskelmat) Kunnostettu (2013) erillinen huoneisto, jossa olohuone, avokeittiö, satelliitti TV ja vuodesohva, makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone. Poistu katetulle terassille. Nukkuu 2 + 2

Terra Mitica -teemapuisto, Safari Animal Park ja Aqualandia Water Park ovat vain 30 - 40 minuutin päässä.
Tämä huvila on saanut loistavaa palautetta majoituspaikan yleiskunnosta. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Moraira Marina. Fantastic house - fantastic vacation
We very much enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. I don't know where to start: Plenty of place to relax by the pool, the great dining table with the spectacular view, short walking distances to the harbour and supermarkets, but actually you just want to stay at the house, because it is so nice. Great recommendation!

Fantastic villa so close to the town
The photos don’t do this villa justice. The villa worked perfectly for our family holiday with the split living over the three floors allowing everyone their independence. They had everything you could need and you could happily spend the week without venturing into to the town if you wanted. We regularly walked into town which took no more than 15 minutes. Some of our party weren’t able to do the walk, but access by car was easy. Moraira offered ann overwhelming amount of restaurants. Could have easily spent another week there. We had a 2 year old with us and found the villa and the town to be very child friendly with lots of parks and crystal clear beaches. Would definetly recommend to anyone with or without children. Could not be faulted.

Fantastic villa.
Best villa we have stayed in. 7 people in total - 3 teens and 4 parents. Standard of villa very high. Town great. Walking distance to town. 3 girls (17, 15 and 14) could safely explore on their own. Food in restaurants good and lovely area. Supermarket close by. Great to have beds changed and bathrooms cleaned after a week. Would highly recommend.

The Villa is wonderful, we had a lovely time here, and hardly moved away from the pool for the first few days. It is a simple down hill walk into the lovely town. I would recommend it, and we may well be back again.

Wonderful villa within walking distance of Moraira town
This is a high spec property. Everything we could want for 8 people. Very spacious on three levels. Ideal layout for us and our three grown up children and their partners.

We had a fantastic time at this villa. The communication was great throughout with quick responses. When we arrived, the villa was better than the pictures! It had everything we needed and more! With an abundance of utensils and equipment which made our stay stress-free. Air-con in all of the rooms too. Walking distance to the town (10-15mins) and local beach (15-20mins). We drove to a few beach coves (20mins) and to the waterfalls (60 mins). We were a group of 8 girls and this seemed to be a safe neighbourhood for us. We had a fun night out in Saxos too! We hired cars to drive from Alicante airport which was helpful as taxis seemed difficult to get- but there was great parking at the villa. Overall we had a perfect stay- could not thank you enough! We hope to come back!

Family holiday.
We spent a week in this loveley house. Perfect with a fully equipped apartment on the bottom floor for the family with a toddler. We spent many wonderfull evnings in the "diningroom with the doors opened. The pool area was excellent with pleanty of sunbeds for everyone.

We were 4 couples holidaying together so the separate accommodation levels worked well, we also had family that lived locally visit so the outside space, lower level kitchen land bbq was excellent. Only thing missing was an information folder.

Absolutely Amazing
The Villa Albaron well what can you say about it, it is a fantastic place to stay in a very convenient place in a nice area.The villa itself has amazing accommodation from bedrooms to living area's,The lower level had great pool and bbq area. There were seven of us and there was plenty room for all. All I can say is go and stay there you'll all have a fantastic vacation in a beautiful place.

located close to the town, supermarkets and within easy walking distance of both beaches. Property is very good with 3 double bedrooms and one twin room, all have ensuites or close bathroom. Downstairs kitchen is ideal for food by the pool and 2 good BBQ. Plenty of seating areas in and out of the shade

Amazing Stay in a Holiday Villa in Moraira, Spain!
I recently had an incredible stay with my family in a holiday villa in Moraira, Spain. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the villa's fantastic location. It was within walking distance of the charming town of Moraira, which meant we had easy access to all the amenities and attractions nearby. One of the first things that caught our attention was how clean and well-maintained the villa was. Everything was neatly organized, and it was evident that attention had been paid to every detail to ensure guests feel right at home. The interior was stylish and comfortable, with ample space for our family of four adults and a three-year-old. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful swimming pool. It was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off during the hot days. Our three-year-old had the time of his life in the pool, and we all enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers around the pool while taking in the beautiful surroundings. As for the amenities, we were not disappointed. The villa was equipped with everything we needed, from a fully-equipped kitchen where we could prepare delicious meals to comfortable beds, a spacious living room, and a dining area where we could enjoy meals together. Additionally, there was ample parking space for two cars, which was very convenient. The location of the villa was also perfect for us. We could easily walk to the town of Moraira, where we could enjoy cozy restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. It was nice to take an evening stroll and soak in the atmosphere of the town without having to worry about finding parking. Overall, our stay in this holiday villa in Moraira was an unforgettable experience. The location within walking distance of Moraira town, the clean and well-maintained villa, the abundance of amenities, and the delightful swimming pool made it the perfect choice for our family vacation. We would highly recommend this villa to others looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Moraira. Thanks again for your hospitality

Vi spenderade tre underbara veckor varav två med barn och barnbarn i denna fantastiska villa. Bra utrustning med två kök och två kolgrillar som användes frekvent. Fungerade utmärkt som generationsboende. Härliga vyer med närhet till strand och bra utbud av restauranger. Lätt att få kontakt med både hyresvärd och lokal husvärd som gav oss bra service under hela våran vistelse. Vi trivdes jättebra, kommer gärna tlllbaka. Excellent villa and amenity
Our wider family (10 of us of all ages) thoroughly enjoyed the villa facilities. Most notably the spacious accommodation, lovely mature grounds, excellent pool area and views of Penyal D'Ifach / sea. Location of the villa is a significant attraction with only a short walk to the lovely town of Moraira and its beach / marina. A most enjoyable holiday that has given us a lot of great memories!

Superb Villa.
Fantastic Villa in a great position for all amenities. Town is 10 minute walk and a lovely Indian Restaurant only 5 minutes walk. You can even walk to Supermarket in 7-8 minutes. Everything is so convenient. The Villa itself is beautiful and well kept. We had a fabulous time, the only downside was that we were only there for 7 days 😢.
