If you are looking for peace and quiet, then you are in the right place in this beautiful Mediterranean-style terraced house.
The house is located above Moraira, in Benimeit, and offers from all rooms (except bath and toilet) a fantastic sea view of Moraira-Calpe.
The small, very well maintained row house is secured with an electric gate and is therefore very private.
In front of the house is a small car parking; There are further parking facilities within the complex.
The house on 2 residential floors is very comfortably furnished and well maintained. Due to the open space concept, the house offers on the ground floor a dining area with a salon and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a storage room with washing machine. In addition, there is another guest room with a single bed. A separate guest toilet is also available.
From the salon you enter a glazed, closed naya (winter garden) with exit to the private front yard with a stone seating group with large sunshade.
From here you come to the spacious and beautiful community pool area with palm trees and lawns, with an outdoor shower (cold water).
Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning units and a nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and bidet.
Both bedrooms have a shared, covered balcony with a sensational view over the glittering Mediterranean Sea and over the pool area.
In the house there is gas central heating for the colder days. In the salon is an air conditioning hot / cold installed.

If you would like to borrow something to better the beautiful landscape.
There are bicycles, quad bikes and roller skis in Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia.

In Calpe there are Ninebot tours (http: // ninebottour. Es / tourcalpe-segway-tour / index.html). Ninebot is the "little brother" of the Sedgeway and also somewhat less expensive than this. The short Schnuppertour is sometimes already for 10 euro.

In Javea (near Arenal beach) and in Moraira (behind LIDL) there are karts, where even younger / younger children are allowed to drive. Javea also has racing karts, for those who like to ride speedy.


An absolute must is to visit my favorite bay in Javea / Granadella. Here a part of the film 'Cold light of day' (2012) with Bruce Willis and Sigourney Weaver was filmed. The water here is very clear, but often very impetuous. It is a bit difficult to get into the water due to the underflow and the large rock formation. Shoes are essential. But the view of this bay is simply unique.

In the summer months it is very crowded here. It is recommendable before lunch, as only limited parking is available.

What a fantastic place
Had an amazing time at this property, immaculately kept and well equipped. Can’t fault it! Would suggest you had a hire car as taxis are bit erratic! Other than that it was fantastic!

beautiful holiday home
One dad, two children (8 & 6) and two grandparents. We had a lovely time at Uli's home in the hills near to the towns of Teulada and Moraira. There were three beaches close by to choose from, handy supermarkets and lots of restaurants in the towns. The pool area was lovely for the children and the views were stunning. You need a car and a satnav to find it. We drove from Valencia airport. Quiet and friendly place. Recommended

Nous avons très bien été reçus par Maaike durant le mois d'août. Avant cela la propriétaire était restée disponible pour toutes nos questions. La maison correspond totalement aux photos et au descriptif, très bien équipée. La vue depuis la terrasse ou le balcon est juste splendide. L'endroit est calme. Très peu de monde à la piscine commune. Accès aux plages de Moraira à 10 min en voiture. Bref lieu idéal pour de vrais vacances détente en famille avec soleil assuré !

Hemos pasado cinco días haciendo visitas a calas, haciendo rutas por acantilados, visitando cova tallada, el peñón de ifach, la albufera, y haciendo una ruta en mini barco y todo relativamente cerca aunque el coche es si o si. Las llegadas a casa y poder disfruta de la piscina eran una gozada, siempre hacia una brisa que nos dejaba pasar la tarde y dormir perfectamente. Las vistas del mar desde la terraza son una pasada . L'appartamento è grande e adatto alle famiglie. Uli ci ha messo a disposizione ombrellone, sdraio e tutto quello che può piacere ai bambini. Il posto è tranquillissimo, con una vista stupenda su Moraira. La casa è fresca:non c'è stato bisogno di accendere il condizionatore nonstante il grande caldo di agosto.
