This adorable cottage puts you right in the heart of The Dalles' historic downtown, just steps from restaurants, shops, and breweries along 2nd Street. Take a nostalgic look at classic Americana at the National Neon Sign Museum (0.4 mi.) or experience an immersive piece of The Dalles' pioneer heritage at the Fort Dalles Museum and Anderson Homestead (1.3 mi.).

The cottage's two-story interior has been recently updated and comes fully furnished for family-friendly comfort. A sunny eat-in kitchen includes all the major appliances you'll need, plus a helpful suite of countertop gadgets, to handle home cooking with ease. A plush sofa and a smart TV set the stage for group gatherings in the living room, while a dedicated upstairs game nook comes equipped with Xbox 360, Nintendo 64, and an assortment of games for breakout entertainment.

The covered front porch offers a cozy spot for morning coffee. A private gas grill is equipped for family barbecues.

Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The lower portion of this home is locked off and occupied by a long-term tenant.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
