This upscale guest house is perfect for one or two travelers. The unit is completely separate with no shared spaces and even has its own private outdoor space:

It is important for guests to note the following:
*This is a guest house attached to the side of a single family home. The other side is also an airbnb if you are interested in renting it for larger groups. Both units are completely separate.
*Guests have their own space except the driveway. Please follow parking instructions.
*The kitchenette has a Keurig coffee maker, microwave oven, air fryer combo, blender, and toaster oven to do some basic cooking.
Guests have full access to their suite.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
Extra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
