Nestled at the top of the end of a Street on the hill resides this peaceful paradise. Every deck has a fabulous view! The whole house is bright and cheery letting lots of natural light flow throughout. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub with view!

Great location! 15 minutes to San Fransisco, 10 minutes to Sausalito, 1 hour to Sonoma and Napa, 3 miles to Paradise Beach Park or hop on the ferry and head to Angel Island or San Francisco the ferry is just 2.5 miles away!

*** Please note: during warmer months, you may see small black house ants, as we routinely have a Pest service to mitigate the issue, they are a state wide nuisance when the weather heats up. I have included additional suggestions to help mitigate with this in the Welcome Guide.

Additionally, the house is surrounded by wildlife and acres of open land, you may see spiders, even with Pest control services in place or even spot a deer in the backyard.

Perfect in our time of need.
We had to travel to SF suddenly and needed to be close by our family. This property was minutes away, clean and solved all of our needs. Will stay again, bringing our children this time, when we come back in a few months.

Amazing views in Tiburon
This is our second year staying at this property. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, but a short drive away from the beach, Muir Woods, the ferry to Angel Island, and other attractions. The views from the living room and the upstairs deck will make you want to be lazy and just watch the water all day though! The furniture and beds are all very comfortable, and the kitchen is updated and easy to cook in if you're like us and don't feel like going to a restaurant. Highly recommend sitting in the hot tub while watching the sun set over Mount Tam too. My only requests would be a handheld nozzle in one of the showers, and one or two more pots for the kitchen. We used the only one to make rice, but I usually make oatmeal every morning the old fashioned way too:)

Great house and location
We loved the house and location. I reallly enjoyed getting up and enjoying my coffee, reading and looking out over the bay. We loved being in Tiburon! And we loved the hot tub. The only thing to be aware of is the master bathroom is on a different level from the master bedroom. Not ideal but definitely workable for most.

Beautiful Tiburon home with view
We have stayed at several homes in Tiburon over the years and this was our favorite. Incredible views of the bay, well appointed house and great location on the end of a cul-de-sac walking distance to the Tiburon bike path. Communications was great with easy check-in/check-out. Will definitely come back for a future stay!

We selected the house because, being very familiar with the area, we knew it to be in a nice neighborhood. The property management team and owner were very responsive to a variety of issues we encountered, despite it being a holiday weekend. Our primary disappointment was that the house maintenance is lacking. Many little things just not up to par. So you pay a premium price for a posh neighborhood but get a house past its prime.

Amazing views in Tiburon
Thank you for a lovely stay at this gorgeous property. The pictures don't do this house justice- every room has a beautiful view, whether of the water or the rolling hills. Even the hot tub has views! Neighborhood is very quiet and just a short drive to shopping, restaurants, Golden Gate bridge, Muir Beach, etc. The french doors open onto the two decks (one in the living room, other in the master) and make it feel like you're outside even while relaxing on the super comfy couches. The bathrooms and kitchen are all updated and lovely. Make sure to enjoy the rooftop deck in the evening, it was so peaceful and beautiful watching the boats sailing into harbor and the lights come on as the sun set over Mount Tamalpais. We've been coming to the area for summer vacations for years, and stayed in several different properties. We all agreed this was our favorite house, and hopefully we'll be back next year!

Great Location and Amazing Views
This house was the perfect house for our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 smaller children). It's an affordable option to excellent views and space for a family retreat or holiday. It did have some of the owners clothes and items throughout the home, and ants weren't an issue because of the season. The inside fireplace and views sitting in the living room will be hard to beat.

Perfect vacation spot

Views for miles!
What a wonderful property! We felt very lucky to stay in Christine‘s property while we were staying in Tiburon. We stayed with our to children here for a week and loved every minute. Special mentions for the indoor spa an outdoor Jacuzzi which we very much enjoyed! Would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the bay area.

Fabulous views slight weirdness
Fantastic views of San Francisco Bay, Sausalito, the moon highlighted our visit. They were best seen from the gigantic living room. The master bedroom has a huge patio which we occupied before and after the heat of the day. It also has a walk-in closet partially filled with the owner's belongings. The master bath, down a flight of about 20 stairs from the the bedroom, has a gigantic jetted tub. Yes it still has ants. One of the two smaller bedrooms on the middle floor has an entrance to a smaller patio. Both bedrooms had a noticeable smell which we tried to define - maybe scented washing liquid? I agree with previous reviews on both the negatives and positives of the house. I would stay again and bring my own bedding and ant repellent.

Property had beautiful balconies and great views. Kitchen had everything you need. Beautiful views of water and mountains. Jacuzzi was a great way to end the day after a 3 day festival. I would stay here again.

Views not worth the update required
So yes the views are beautiful but it’s hard to enjoy for many reasons: 1. The house is circa 1990 and hasn’t been updated in any way. 2. Towel holders and toilet paper holders coming out of the wall. 3. Ants and larger bugs (size of my thumb - just one but that’s enough) 4. Carpets need replacing and the entire place needs to be painted. 5. Kitchen needs a thorough clean and organizing. Like take everything out of drawers and cabinets - clean and reorder. 6. WiFi worked after restarting the router but never worked in the master bedroom. 7. All towels need to be replaced. 8. Outdoor areas need full cleaning and more furniture to really enjoy the views. I wouldn’t book again.

Amazing views, great neighborhood, nice layout of house, large space, comfy beds, quiet and well supplied. Recommend a few fixtures to be repaired, need new shower curtain and hairdryer and improve upkeep of outdoor space, and need seat cushions. Tip, open garage door before going up steep driveway. Would rent again.

Enjoyed our stay in Tiburon. Lovely location and views. Some miscommunication about check-in as did not receive email giving code for accessing property. Trouble with wi-fi system throughout our stay and delayed response from host. Overall though, a great place to stay.

A bit dated but very nice property- could use a little care and feeding and it would be perfect. Views are amazing, from almost every room and the top floor patio. Suggests improvements: add an electric watercooker, a keurig or nespresso machine. Make checkout 11am by default. Outside patios need a spring cleaning. Patio could have a little more furniture. Location is great thought driveway is challenging given ramp and curving of road. Super quiet neighborhood and great location to all of Tiburon and Marin. Will consider again for future stays!

Comfy house with incredible view
This house was the perfect place for us to gather with our two adult children and their partners for a short holiday. Great views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Comfortable furniture for lounging inside and out. Could not have asked for anything more.
