The Holiday Rent House, Villa "Piemonte" has been an old piemontesian farmhouse built in the 19. centurie and is been constantly renovated the last 25 years. The Villa is situated on a hillsite with panorama view looking south, surrounded from wineyards - nowadays Unesco World Heritage location - as well as fields and forests.The next little town San Damiano d' Asti with 10.000 inhabitants and excellent infrastructure is by car only 5 minutes away. From the Villa itself you will have a nice view on the gentle hills of Monferrato and- with fine wheather- you may probably see the thouthern parts of the french alps. The Villa Piemonte is an extraordinary place, after the rearrangement in 2016 in romantic style with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchen and a diningroom + summer kitchen - in total 540 m² - you can let your soul dangle inside as well as outside the building.
You may take your meal together in the dining -room or even outside in the summer -kitchen, celebrate a birthday or - if you like -probably book a cooking class to learn italien cooking. The Villa is excellent for greater familys or communities of friends, as
there is enought space to relax or take a bath in the pool (9x5 m wide and 1,6 m deep with seperate area for small children) as well as in the whirlpool, both open from may till october. You will also find a hammok and a small playground for the children, tabletennis, board games and boggia ar also avaylable as well as a library. For physical enjoyment you will find two grills (gas and coal). In the
whole area of 4500 m² you have enough space to rest or to enjoy an outlook from the 40m² roof terrace. All rooms have TV via satelite (german, french and italian) as well as air conditioning and of course fly screens and a heating. The Villa Piemonte also is a very good starting point for exploring the surrounding highlights of the piemonte landscape with its excellent restaurants, fortresses of the middleages, wineyards etc. You can book the Villa Piemonte for maximum 18 person plus 2 babys with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 kitchen and diningroom. The Villa "Piemonte" is very quit but central location and in few minutes you reach the next destinations, Alba, Barolo, La Morra & Asti. Turin is only 50 km far away. Restaurants and shops are located right in town. A riding table is 1 km away, the bike paths and hiking trails begin right outside the front door., the golf course about 5 km far away. The area around Asti is known for its wine, the truffles, the many castles, its culture, good & exquisite food & restaurants. For tips about their trips, we love to be available to them.
