This 33m ² studio consists of a large living room with alcove, in which a four-poster bed made of pieces of oak beams (Gajeta) from the time of the monarchy (160 cm x 200 cm, two ergonomic mattresses, bed linen). The living area is equipped with a kitchenette and basic cooking utensils (dishes, refrigerator with freezer, stove and basic cooking spices). The living room has been furnished with an antique wardrobe with its "history" and a few tiny pieces of antiquity "that means life". There is also a couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed (145x195cm). The bathroom has a shower, towels and toilet. Air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV are also available. The space distribution through niches (sleeping, cooking, -) gives a pleasant feeling of space, so that the small apartment is suitable for up to 4 people.

There is no balcony or terrace, as the house was originally built in a traditional style. Guests often say that the best place to cool off in summer heat is either by the sea or in the shady house.
