Macrocapa Heights -tila

Tokomaru Bay on hyvin varustettu neljän neliömäisen supermarketin kanssa, jossa on 24 tunnin polttoainepysäkki,

Paikallinen veneramppi on tien toisella puolella paikallisesta tavernasta, josta voit tilata aterioita
tai vain nauttia hiljaisen drinkin ja katsella merta

Ranta on mailia hiekkaa, upea surffata, uida ja kalastaa ja on erittäin hiljainen

Tokomaru Bayn pohjoispäässä on jäätymisraunioita
ja historiallisesti kiinnostava laituri, joka sopii erinomaisesti kalastukseen.

Rooms With a View
We stayed just the one night on our way around SH35, and had a fine sleep. Stan provided detailed directions how to get there, which were needed. The bach is well off the highway, and finishes up a steep gravel track. The view is likely wonderful, but the weather didn't cooperate. The rooms are large with lots of single and double beds. Big kitchen with full range of appliances. Very friendly owners.steepsteep

Short stay on the East Cape
Great location to explore the east cape. Shame that the property is a bit tired and that we had to spend the first evening cleaning the place. Food waste container on the worktop was dirty and full of ants which were also all over the sink area.

The road to the home was quite literally a bit bumpy but other than that, everything was perfect. Home, property managers, and of course - the views. Everything was straightforward and the whanau and I appreciate the stellar service provided.

Only stayed 1 night. Plenty of room for a family for a longer stay. Has everything you need to be self contained. The drive way up could be a challenge to some drivers. If you have an SUV not a problem. Te Puka hotel was great for a meal and a few beers. Stan the owner was great.

King of the Hill
Beautiful, peaceful, tranquil with views of the bay that otherwise could not be seen. King of the Hill is my title, because thats how i felt driving up to this peaceful retreat nestled in the foot hills. Eastcoast hospitality at its best. The hosts were perfect 💯 they were attentive when needed and invisible the rest of the time. Just what i want in a host. I would highly recommend Macrocapa Heights.

Amazing weekend one of the best yet this house and owners took my long awaited weekend to the next level I can not thank you enough!!! One experience I will never forget they are friendly and leave you at peace to have your holiday!!! Everything we needed at our fingertips didn’t even flick on the tv as to much to see and feel there! As just simply the beauty that we were surrounded with. Meet afew locals who come up and got a bit rowdy. But a fun rowdy and never once did the owners moan!!! Friggin amazing 🤩 can not recommend a better place to be and better people to host thank you so so much still thrilled and talking lots about our highway 35 holiday!!! Love from shaz and sez we will be back 💙💙

We loved our stay here. The bach sits over Tokomaru bay and leads to hours spent on the swinging chair admiring the views. I could see a family having a fantastic holiday here, plenty to do and see on the farm and great sunny days on the beach. Bach fully equipped and the hosts super helpful. Fantastic information folder giving the history of the region, a real plus

This was a super interesting stay.the location is beautiful the owner super friendly and helpful. The 2 br unit spacious the only criticism the place was not the cleanest overall a good stay.

Loved Tokomaru, but bnb disappointing.
Loved Tokomaru, fabulous beach and drift wood. The Te Puka Tavern had a great atmosphere. Beautiful meals and met a lot of very friendly people, couldn’t fault at all. The bnb was very disappointing. Nice sea views but windows and deck very dirty. Very basic inside, our group of 4 found that it definitely was not value for money.
