Location is great for easy access to Akihabara shopping and to transportation in and around Tokyo (metro, train, etc.). Rooms are small but functional. Location is key value for this hotel. Staff are very good and helpful. Multiple everyday dining options are within easy walking distance.

The location is great however the bed was pretty horrible. Huge dip on the mattress making sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. Room was old and slightly outdated.

Never Again. Never ever again.
The wallpaper was peeling. The carpet had nail clippings. The bottom sheet had yellow and streaks stained in them and there were drops of red stains. I can only assume it's urine and blood stains. The room was dusty. The TV IR sensor for the remote fell off the TV. This is my 2nd and final time staying at an APA. I would rather sleep on a bench, than risk staying in an APA. I feel violated after staying here.

Good location, but room can be clean better.
I like the location, but the room can use better cleaning. I also thing the wall paper could use replacement it was dirty and there where rips on it. They should leave the AC on in the room. It was hot when I got there. I think there was mold on the walls. I like the breakfast buff. I just wish it stay open till 10am.

Good hotel with great location
This is my second visit to an APA hotel, but this time there were 2 people in the room. The room is a bit small for 2 people, you will bump the other person. The location was great, near train station. They bring up fresh towels every morning, but no room service till 4 th day. Overall a good choice.

Great spot right by akihabara station, good service, clean place. Rooms are small nut to be expected. I'm 6'2" and i still managed okay. Comfortable bed and best pillows I've ever had. I like very firm.

Good for business stay
Perfect location, a short walking distance to Akihabara station, plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Room is very clean, but very small in size. Breakfast is good but should consider change of menu to avoid boredom.

The location is great! The room was clean, definitely what we expected in small size. The experience we had with the staff was that they knew very minimal English. We were expecting our JR passes through FedEX and they rejected our package 3 times even though we checked and checked with them that we would be able to receive it. In the end we had to go to the FedEX depot to collect our package because the hotel never accepted it. Other than that easy check in and check out process, they were able to send our luggage to our next hotel in Osaka and showed up no issues the next morning.

The location of this hotel is great as it's very close to the JR station. With the comes with, you can hear the trains, but that was expected. As a lot of folks have shared, the room is very small. We were a party of two people and it was very cramped especially with our luggage (luckily, we did not pack too much). Overall, the hotel worked for us, the bed was comfy and it was convenient having a 7-11 nearby and being close to the JR station, along with restaurants near by.

For some reason my room was incredibly dusty. I’m actually amused how much dust collected all over my belongings within just a couple of hours. The location is great, just across the street from convenient Akihabara station. Aside from that I’ll never stay here again.

The room was tiny but clean, but this was the worst bed ive slept on in Japan, it was actually on an angle, i asked could they boost one side to make it even, they did nothing, they offered no resolution, worst sleep at hotel I've had. Location is great

Check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 2:50pm but the front desk clerk made us wait. A line of other guests shows up and we had to get to the back of the line again. She was very slow of the check in progress. Did not tell us about amenities for this hotel either. There is only 1 elevator for the entire hotel. We stayed there 4 nights and the 3rd night they were suppose to clean our room. They did not and since we were leaving the following day, we did not bother to report it. Only good thing is that it is located near the train station.
