My only note for this hotel, is I noticed quite a bit of dust on some surfaces such as the inside of the lamp. I noticed this as the bulb wasn’t completely screwed in (which can cause an electrical fire) - as i tried to fix it, I noticed that the dust from this area was getting in the air so when the heating was on, i’d wake up with a sore throat/cough.(Keeping the window open definitely helped) But honestly, everything else about this hotel is truly excellent. So many free amenities, extremely convenient from transportation to food. And it was fairly very quiet as room doors are surprisingly sound proof. I loved the coffee i’d get each morning, alcohol vending machines, laundry, snack shop, restaurant, outdoor pool, spa. They keep the hotel very clean as well which meant a lot to see. The staff are very helpful, and aided in shipping my luggage to Kyoto for only 2,500 yen (large suitcase). For what you’re paying, your expectations will exceed.

I booked a four night's stay during my remaining Japan trip solo, where I stayed on the higher floors. The room was spacious for a budget hotel in Tokyo, which was helped by spacious storage under the bed for luggage that should be a standard in hotels in Tokyo. Comfy bed and sufficient bathroom, and probably my favorite budget hotel stay in the Tokyo area. With that said, the elevators can be slow since the hotel has many floors and is frequented by travelers from all walks of life, but it was conveniently two stations away from Shinjuku Station that can take you easily to everywhere else in Tokyo.

Truly enjoyed staying here. It was a couple of minutes away from the subway station and requesting a taxi was super easy. It's in a quiet part of the city but there were so many walkable dining options. It was great be able to stay away from the noise.

Amazing place, it was the first hotel we stayed in when we arrrived and it was a great location to get acclimated to the city. It's right by the train station, with plenty of places fo eat. I'd only comment on the laundry machines, as the dryers took a bit long for then to dry clothes.

The hotel was very clean and efficient. But know that the rooms are tiny! A double room is not really big enough for two people, as you can barely fit your luggage in the room with you. The only place to put your luggage is under the bed! The onsen is nice, but mom's bring their 7-8 year old sons into the woman's onsen, which in my opinion is too old to be around naked adult women. The location is near many government buildings, so not much around. The metro entrance is next door so you can get into other areas quickly. If you are a singlet, the room is fine, but for two people, forget it!
