We stayed at one three peoples room for four nights. The room is relatively spacious compared to other hotel at Tokyo. The price also includes the breakfast. Simple but okay for us! Less than 10 minutes walking to Shinbashi station. The neighborhood is quiet also. We would come back again!

This place was amazing do not listen to the negative reviews! The breakfast is good! They have rice, eggs, miso soup, etc.. The place is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. This hotel is in the middle of the city there are nice parks and the subway is 10 mins away. It’s a calm area.

Good Clean Hotel with Friendly Staff

While it started out rocky, the Hibiya City Hotel redeemed itself very quickly. The first night I accidentally booked a smoking room and I didn't realize, so I was surprised when I walked in the room and no other rooms were available. After night 1 I was moved into a non-smoking room for my second reservation which lasted 4 more days. The room was fresh, clean and larger than the original room I had, as expected. The hotel itself is a little warn when you look at things up close but overall it is well priced, clean, and the service is very good. Breakfast was a little lacking for a westerner however it was free and filled me up. Great coffee too. I would definitely stay at this hotel as it is priced well, clean, and the hotel staff is eager to please. It is located close to Shimbashi station and right outside of the shimbashi area so lots of places to eat and drink after work.

The staff are very friendly in this small hotel. The rooms are compact, but this is usual in Japan. The breakfast was rather similar each day, but of good Japanese cuisine.

The hotel is in a good location close to shops, restaurants and not too far from a JR station. The room is clean and at a reasonable price. One thing I'd like to suggest is to provide multiple USB charging ports in the rooms.
