Great location, only gripe is the rooms are a bit small but it works and the only tv stations are only in Japanese. But if you’re just visiting, you should be out exploring. I would recommend staying here if you like individual beds for your kids.
Loved the free breakfast and coffee every morning, and they had basically all the essentials incase you forgot to pack your toothbrush, hairbrush or razor.
The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the Tokyo Station which is convenient. The staffs were very friendly and helpful from restaurant recommendations to calling taxi/ shuttle services. The room was a bit small.
The room is super clean and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. However, the room (bedroom and bathroom) are a little smaller than the picture displayed on the website and it makes it a little bit inconvenient to settle down all the luggages and stuff as well as moving around in the bathroom.
Favorite hotel we stayed at in Japan. The hotel staff made you feel welcome, the beds were very comfortable and same with the pillows. The only downside was the breakfast, which was just an assortment of bread. As a celiac I was unable to eat anything. But other than that the place was wonderful
It was a small room but its honestly perfect place to sleep and decompress from the city noise. We didnt here a peep while sleeping snd the staff was super friendly! I would definitely come back to this. It was real easy to get to all the stations we needed and was a good central location for tokyo.
