Location was excellent, the rooms were small but that is to be expected in Tokyo. The rooms can be a little dusty by the window area but otherwise, no complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful. Morning coffee in the lobby is excellent.

Our family of 4 plus grandma stayed here for 11 nights and had a wonderful stay. We had a corner triple room and a room with two twin beds for the 5 of us. Breakfast was amazing with so much variety and excellent service. We also enjoyed afternoon drinks with a beautiful view of the sky tree and senso-ji. Convenient and exciting location and close to several train stations with easy access to both Tokyo airports. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this place. In Summer 2023 my wife and I stayed here at the top corner on the 13th floor with one of THE best views of Asakusa. We stayed this night on the 6th floor and I can say it’s worth the money to upgrade if you can. Not a bad view at all, but the other Richmond Hotel gets in the way to view the Sensoji as a whole. Staff is very welcoming and nice, plus breakfast food for $26USD may seem above average price, but worth it for all you can eat buffet and view. Loads of shopping and outing opportunity, super convenient for location. May not be as quiet as you like if you’re traveling on the most popular times (holidays or events), but still good. Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying in Asakusa area booking with some initial hesitation. However, we found the location excellent with many options to dine, area was great, robust neighbourhood with stores (Uniqlo attached & Don Q a stones throw away), dining and amenities not to mention Senso-ji temple close by. The room was a little tight but very bright with large windows. The breakfast option was excellent (offering fresh squeezed OJ, a very good assortment of breakfast options). The hotel offers free refreshments (incl. beer, wine, whiskey and Sake) during the afternoon and evening hours. This was a welcome and surprising treat after a long day of walking. The bathroom was smaller but amenities offered (self-serve in reception) was plentiful (including facial masks!! and quality branded product beauty product (Pola). Electrical plugs in the room were North American. There were coin operated washer/dryer options on several floors which was an added bonus. We would definitely pack differently the next time we visit. Overall, would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

A solid hotel right in the middle of the Asakusa district, perfect for exploring the area day and night, although somewhat awkwardly located between two non-connecting subway lines. The hotel is well appointed with self-serve toiletries and free coffee throughout the day. The only con is the 2 elevators between ground level and the 5th floor lobby can get congested.

Okay hotel in Asakusa area. Close to public transportation we could walk to. Location is good. But in general service is so so. Staffs are friendly doesn’t mean service is good. Maybe due to year end holidays having too many visitors.
