Great location! Walkable to train stations and incredible shopping and restaurants. The rooms are a bit small but 3 adults fit fine. Had to maneuver luggage and shopping bags but we made it work.

Room was dirty and extremely small, despite reserving the triple room for the three of us. Bath was very uncomfortable; however, water pressure was good. this hotel is dated. the lobby smells bad like cigarette (it has a smoking room in the lobby). however, it is situated in a more quiet area in the shibuya and yet close to the train & underground stnt , about 7-10 mins walk. i would not mind staying here again for its convenient location.
