Overall the stay was quite average, the name of the hotel is rather confusing as its not actually in shinjuku its in shin-okubo.
The free breakfast was nice, would have been great to see some condiments like jam for their croissants(ended up buying some from the lawson nearby).
It’s a pretty neat hotel. Definitely for convenience. About a 6-7 minute walk from Shin Okubo station and other convenience stores you may need. Hotel staff is friendly and always prioritized customer satisfaction above all else.
Stayed 1 night before heading to the airport. The room was quite spacious but the bathroom was probably the smallest of all hotels during my stay in Japan. The bed comfortable and the bedding was clean. The location was away from the hustle and bustle and very safe. Breakfast was very basic; croissants, 3 types of cereal, and a variety of juices.
Very clean and helpful staff. Free complimentary breakfast. Close to a hospital center but was relatively quiet for the most part. There is quite a few different food shops near by and only 5 to 10 minute walk from the train station.
This is a great hotel as it was clean, the rooms were a decent size, and came with quite a few toiletries which was helpful. Being directly opposite a Lawson was also quite helpful, and was only about 10 minutes from a train station, so getting around was very easy. Staff were also very polite, and check in/out was very straightforward.
Economics but still good. Safe. Nice neighborhood slightly off the beaten path but still walkable to shinjuku. Tiny bathroom but great water pressure. I would stay here again
The property was clean and okay, on arrival was given the key, but told couldn't access the room until three pm. After a long journey it would have been nice to have been allowed to enter the room as it appeared to be available.
The size of room is big, but there is no shower curtain in bathroom. It's easy to get wet everywhere in bathroom while taking shower. Also, the hot water temperature is not steady when having shower. The control of the thermometer is locked. It was preset to either cold air or hot air each day. I have no choice but to power off at night time.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Old small TV in room problem not compatible with video play back device.
Simple room setup ok.
Small room with and even smaller bathroom. Dated but very clean. Staff was on hand at all times. Washer/dryer worked well. Breakfast was coffee, tea, cereal, croissants and juice. Fresh and plentiful. A good location for exploring the area.
It was a nice cozy room that had transportation near by and the lawson that was in the corner came in clutch for snacks during a rainy day. I didnt have an umbrella and the staff let me borrow one for the day. Its a 6 minite walk from their main street. So getting food and essentials is close by in case you need some last minute things. The breakfast was a cool add on. You can have 3 different cereals, 5 different kinds of juices, coffee, and a croissant. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit. This location made my first trip to Japan easy. Thanks to the staff for all the help.
We love the location, it’s very close to the shops and places to eat. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast room is specious and clean.
We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we come back 🤗
