Great location
The hotel is about 2 mins walk from Tokyo Station and it's quite easy to find once at street level. The rooms are on the small side, but as a solo traveller this was fine. I didn't get to explore the onsen due to the no-tattoo policy. The choice of pillows near reception was greatly appreciated. The breakfast (1800 yen) was decent for the price. I'd happily stay again.

Great hotel right around the corner from the statuon. Friendly and quick check-in. Great amenities with PJs, slipped, toiletries and hairdryer provided. The black out blind was suoeeb. A wonderful night's sleep after a long flight. Would definitely book again.

The reception was welcoming and the staff were motivated plus highly service oriented and it made a great first impression upon check-in. Room is small which is quite the norm in Japan for most hotels but otherwise it has everything that one needs and good enough for a comfortable stay. Location is wthin mins walk to Tokyo station and food choices is aplenty.

Great location, room size is small but standard for Tokyo. Great value for price and really really friendly and helpful staff. They also offer luggage transfer service to your next hotel if needed. There is a cute robot called Daizu in the lobby. Welcome drinks and snacks also great. The public bathroom/Onsen also adds a local charm to this hotel.

Great location with Tokyo station just over the road. If you can navigate the underground maze around the station you barely need to go above ground to get to the hotel. Ginza line and the Midtown bus terminal also close by so getting around is easy. Room is compact but to be expected in central Tokyo. Staff very friendly and helpful, spoke good English. Coffee machine made a pretty decent latte which was a nice bonus Lots of dining options nearby so we didn't eat at the hotel.

The hotel was quite nice. I actually stayed at another hotel across the street on the same trip and much preferred this one. The location is extremely convenient for both, but this hotel was nicer and the staff were friendlier. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but some of the guests were not following the rules. I heard voices in the hallway at 5 am - a little child and a father walking the halls and talking (on a ladies only floor, no less). Otherwise it would have been a five star experience.

The area has a ton of options for shopping dining and convenience stores. Extremely close to Tokyo Station. Imperial Palace grounds and the Pokemon store are quite close as well

The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive. Free alcohol, soda, and ice cream in the lobby during the evening. Excellent sento/public bath facilties. Make sure to grab your custom pillow early in the night before the good ones are taken.
