Staff was friendly / accommodating. Onsen is not for people with tattoos. Rooms are SO small but did its job. They offer HH some days, which is a nice tough but our limited time we didn’t partake much. They held our luggage for us until our flight so that was the biggest plus for a short stay. Thanks!

Hotel locates very near Tokyo train station, easy access via the underground passage. Many choices of dining and shopping options also apply. It is easy for transportation to other areas using either trains or buses.

Good basic hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds were quite uncomfortable though and our matress had a dent from where people stand on it to acess stuff on the top bunk

Great location

The hotel is about 2 mins walk from Tokyo Station and it's quite easy to find once at street level. The rooms are on the small side, but as a solo traveller this was fine. I didn't get to explore the onsen due to the no-tattoo policy. The choice of pillows near reception was greatly appreciated. The breakfast (1800 yen) was decent for the price. I'd happily stay again.

Great hotel right around the corner from the statuon. Friendly and quick check-in. Great amenities with PJs, slipped, toiletries and hairdryer provided. The black out blind was suoeeb. A wonderful night's sleep after a long flight. Would definitely book again.
