You cannot beat the view from this hotel. Compared with other places I've stayed in Japan, this had the best view, a feeling of space and relaxation, and with the fountain below, the white noise took care of any residual city sound. This place was convenient to the Tower, and also to public transportation. There was always a taxi if we needed one. We stayed in a Deluxe tower view, and the room was perfect and spacious, the service was exquisite, and the experience was seamless. We will be back!

Service is poor. I was not given VIP access to which I was entitled. At check out they misplaced our passports. You have to wait 30 min to get seated for breakfast. In general, everything is a mess.

Expedia gave us a free upgrade. The room was massive and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very kind and appreciative.

Beautiful view of the Tokyo tower. Just a couple minutes walking to tower and to a mall with lots of dining options. Very nice and clean room!

Great hotel located in the middle of Shiba Park. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the view of the city was incredible.

Good 5 star hotel with amazing views of the Tokyo Tower. The rooms were spacious and luxurious but everything had a surcharge, coming from a 4 star hotel in Osaka that felt even more luxurious and with more amenities this hotel seemed a bit lacking, however this is Tokyo, not Osaka so everything will be expensive. The rooms seem a bit outdated, when we took a shower the room will fill with steam tramping on the views form the windows. The staff was kind and friendly. They offer a free shuttle to the Hamamatsucho station (where you can take the monorail to HANEDA airport).
