Unreported reconstruction

Hi, my clients were in your hitel and were wery dissapointed by the fact, there was a reconstruction and we were not informed about it and my client did not get any sort of compensantion for that. Could you please offer a sort of compensation, please?

Bien situado algo vetusto

Me ha gustado la ubicacion al lado del Alcazar, el desayuno bien y sin aglomeraciones, las habitaciones pues la cama supergrande el espacio de m2 grande , pocos enchufes y mal ubicados por ejemplo no habia en las mesillas de noche ni habia flexos para leer la iluminacion mal distribuida o demasiada o demasido poca, el baño bien con mucho accesorioa cepirllos crema de afeitar jabones mas que suficiente, la ducha y el gripo no eran independientes o no supe ponerlos, el agua bien de temparatura y las toallas abundantes, sin servio de restaurante entre semana y eso no lo vi en internet deberian ponerlo para saber a que atenerse, pero la ubicacion era maravillosa y el precio razonable para el servicio prestado , el perosonal muy amable, no hay paraking pero hay trees muy cerca con dto por ser cliente el mejor el corralillo de San Miguel don de estuve amables y eficientes
