The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the internet was good.
The room itself was charming, but it lacked air conditioning because it was the winter, so it was warm at times.
The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the Convent of Christ. Despite the central location, noise was not an issue at all.
The hotel offered a standard buffet breakfast, and as a boutique hotel, it had a unique charm. The rooftop patio was particularly lovely. Tea was served daily at 5 PM. Simple but a very nice touch.
Check-in and check-out were smooth. Parking was on the street adjacent to the hotel, and while it was sometimes difficult to find a spot, this was due to public parking availability and not the hotel's fault.
There was one small hiccup with my reservation. I booked two rooms for four people and expected them to be close together. Initially, our rooms were not adjacent, but upon request, the staff kindly moved us right next door to our friends.
Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, great location, and good internet service.
