Would stay again!!

We were only there for a short time late night/early morning flights. Breakfast was very good and opened at 6:30, they also offered a Togo breakfast for really early checkout. Shuttle service was great! I offered driver a tip and he wouldn’t accept. Very kind gentleman!

Great place good ambiance. Variety of restaurants in area. Get service from person who dropped us off at airport- shuttle service. Great breakfast. Only downside was elderly gentleman who was manning reception at time we checked in was not welcoming at all. The place needs a warmer face of the place!!

The room was lovely and clean. We were disappointed with the grab and go breakfast option. We had an earlier flight and their airport shuttle for 7am was full so we had to leave extra early at 6:30 which meant we could not have a hot breakfast (one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the breakfast option). They offered a grab and go breakfast which consisted of cookies, mini chocolate bars, some small chewy bagels and room temperature juice boxes and yogurt. Then as we left, the shuttle driver backed up into the building damaging one of the columns. He didn’t contact anyone, just kept driving. He did get us to the airport in good time.

Don't stay here for the shuttle

Shuttle service was terrible. Drove in loops (four times) around the airport "until the shuttle was full". In the morning, shuttle runs only hourly.

The staff are friendly, polite & helpful. On the website should make it clear that Airport Shuttle Service is only applicable for Check-In & Check-Out, available up to mid-night. I thought there was regular hourly services available to & from the airport but that was not the case as my trip persona here was to provide technical services to the airport & working in the airport.
