The toilet wasnt working for 2/3 nights I was there. I told housekeeping and the front desk I was given the run around yet it wasnt fixed. Upon check out I was told since it was a 3rd party booking it was nothing the property can do. Also housekeeping stole my bath wash products, the property overlooked this as well. Horrible service.

We had a spacious one bedroom suite for myself, my husband and my son. The property was really clean and pretty quiet overnight. They provided a cot for our stay. Parking was easy to sort and the hotel was in a great location with plenty of things within walkable distance and very short walk to metro and tram stops. Only downsides was the mattress having a big dip in it making it pretty uncomfortable. Also all the dining facilities were closed during our stay but the hotel provided complimentary muffins and coffee for breakfast so we had a light breakfast in the room. Generally a great place to stay.

Convenient Location
Everything is great. The only thing is that the suite feels kind of cold although we adjusted the temperature to 78 F which equals to 25.5 C. Only a small area close to the vent feels warmer. We had to use the extra blanket stored in the drawer.
