“Not suitable for parties/events"

There is a penalty of $500 for breaking any house rules.

We have only 4 parking space, PLEASE DO NOT PARK ANY CAR TO OUR NEIGHBORS SIDE.

We have limit of 15 guests Any additional guests will be charge extra $100.

We have two outside security cameras on the front porch, one right side, one left side, one in garage and two in the backyard. They will be on during your stay, for our guests safety. They are all outside the house.

We also have one noise Dedicator in the kitchen to monitor loud noises or music.

Pool operating months are from May-September (closed from October -April) the hot tub is available all year round.

-Less than 4 days; 3 bags
-Less than 7 days; 5 bags

Any additional garbage beyond the limit will incur a $100 charges.

Family Vacation Spot
Stayed here with my family of 8 recently. The house was beautiful but the yard needed some upkeep. Weeds all around. The hot tub cover was torn and ripped. When we arrived, the temp of the house was set to 77. We figured out how to change the temp, but it took HOURS for it to cool down. Since there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, prepare to roast!! There did not appear to be any locks on several of the bedrooms I checked. One of the bedrooms upstairs did not even have doors, only see-through curtains for a “door”. Also, that bedroom did not even have a blind covering the window. The kitchen was missing several basics to actually prepare food, especially for a larger group. There were not nearly enough dishes considering the house sleeps 16 (I think 12 large plates total). We went out and bought mixing cups and measuring spoons (which we took with us). There were two of the tiniest trash cans I’ve ever seen for a house full of people. The mattresses were not great. Maybe it depends on what you are used to sleeping on but not comfy for me. Now on to the neighbors. We abided by the 10pm - 7 am quiet hours but were still scolded by one neighbor when we were in the pool for “making too much noise” in the late afternoon because the neighbor was trying to eat dinner. Funny the day before, the other neighbors with the pool behind were even louder but nothing was said to them. Overall we had a good time. The host responded in a timely manner with any questions.

Buyer beware! False advertising: a health hazard and outright scam
Due to the unsanitary conditions of this place, we chose last-minute alternative accommodations after traveling from abroad. If 0 stars were possible, this listing deserves it. The experience was a complete misrepresentation & pictures were highly inaccurate. First, we were informed just 10 minutes before check-in that we couldn't enter due to “cleaning services," which was false considering the state of the premises. Before even entering, the garage had mushrooms growing out of the door & a leftover bag of dog poo on the ground. Upon entering, there was a nauseating stench of mold & dog urine. The floors and door knobs were sticky. Foundation wall cracks were evident in most rooms, and the walls had poorly-patched repairs. Many rooms had holes in the ceilings, exposing fiberglass and black mold around most air vents. Spiders, cobwebs, and debris littered the floors. One bedroom closet even had a fingernail on the ground, putting the "cleaning" claim into question. The listing photos showed a dining room with a table but there was none; the space was empty. The only table available, in the kitchen, seated just 4, despite being booked for 8. One bedroom lacked bed linens, and had just sheer curtains instead of doors. Bathrooms were moldy; one had leftover used razors & towels. The linen closet had no shelves, so extra linens were left on the ground, damp & moldy. The garage reeked and was completely filled with bags of trash, flies, & piled mattresses. DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!

Great potential
Needs serious TLC.Leak in pool,broken outdoor stools,paint patches,general upkeep,poor landscaping. Furniture is dated and tired,kitchen utensils weak,BBQ dangerous needs serious cleaning.Great house that needs care and attention to create greater value for user.

Good location, size but some downsides
Conveniently situated near the airport, and a good starting point for local exploration. Our visit during the off-season meant limited access to amenities, which we anticipated. Upon our late arrival, we were greeted by a chilly atmosphere and a water leak, suggesting the property had been unoccupied for some time. The cleaners had left evidence of a 'celebration'. We found no information pack so there weren't any instructions for the appliances or the garbage/recycling rules and dates. So, be prepared to figure it out yourself. And the dishwasher wasn't draining because there were glass shards in the filter. That was fun to find out. The accommodation offers ample space for small groups, although privacy for larger groups is compromised due to thin walls and curtain only partitions. Make sure you don’t mind hearing your group talk and move at night. There are various activities/games to keep groups entertained. At the time of writing there is a single TV screen without an aerial. The bracket is loose and has been temporarily repaired with cardboard so may be different in future. You will need to find other ways to access local news/tv and international visitors will find most streaming apps are not the same. We regularly had red cardinals attacking the windows. I understand its seasonal and a regular problem in the area. It seemed to be no danger to us.

Needs Work
During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. These included mold in the showers, inconsistent hot water supply, a malfunctioning shower on the second floor, insufficient seating due to loose chair screws, and an infestation of ants and spiders throughout the house. Additionally, there were safety concerns with improperly secured floor vents, posing a tripping hazard.Furthermore, the quality of the amenities fell short, with flat pillows and uncomfortable mattresses. The overall cleanliness of the property was also below standard, which further detracted from my enjoyment of the stay. Moreover, there were concerns about noise complaints and potential involvement of law enforcement due to the number of guests. Despite our efforts to maintain reasonable noise levels, we were faced with unwarranted threats, adding to the discomfort of the situation. The host was aware that there were 12 guests, we didn’t have a party at all just family singing, talking and playing games that wouldn’t disturb the neighbors…However the noise detector in the house went off causing the host to send multiple messages and called me to request we be quiet. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was spacious.

Great location but dated
Three families traveled to Toronto for a funeral. Online description says its stylish but in fact its dated. Windows are old (2 didn't close all the way) and some cupboard doors throughout the house are broken. 7 bedrooms but 1 only has curtains for a door and no window coverings. Kitchen had basics only however there were no pot holders for taking things out of the oven, no tea towels, limited knives and no wine glasses. Beds all had comforters but no top sheets. Spacious house for all of to be together but only enough seats between the kitchen and dining room to seat 10 and there were 12 of us. Overall for our purposes it was great as the location was so close to the QEW and where we had to go but lacking some basics for a more comfortable stay.

Big house with fantastic pool and hot tub
This house was a great size for our group of 3 families staying together, with 7 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The pool and hot tub were SO nice to have. The hot tub was a perfect temperature and the pool was well maintained (someone stopped by during our stay to clean it etc.) The game room in the basement was alot of fun for both the kids and adults. The owner was very nice and quick to reply to all questions and concerns. When a couple lightbulbs went out, he came over and replaced them promptly the next day. It was a 30-40 minute drive into downtown Toronto depending on the traffic. Overall, this was a great place to stay for a family vacation.

Decent but house needs some TLC
The house served its purpose for a group of 9. I rented it out for my bachelorette party weekend. To me, the house was, for the most part, clean, except for the kitchen, which needed to be swept, and the outdoor area was filthy. My bridesmaids were nice enough to sweep and scrub the patio furniture and bar so we could have somewhere to sit as we accessed the hot tub. The backyard had cigarette butts Everywhere, and the yard both the front and back were unkempt. The hot tub was clean, however, so after cleaning the backyard, we used the hot tub multiple times. The shower in the master bathroom needs a lot of work. There is mold in the shower tiles. I had to shower with flip flops on. There were no wash cloths, we went to Walmart and bought some. The house served its purpose for a 3 night stay for 9 people, however, overall it just needs some TLC. The other thing I would like to add is the neighborhood is nice and in a central location to stores etc. The neighbors are so nice! They speak to you and are very welcoming and they appreciate when you’re nice back to them.

Unfortunately unable to use the hot tub as it was not clean but only a short stay so difficult to rectify. Well equipped to meet our needs and the owner was very responsive. Pictures of property were accurate
