Booked 2 days. My card did not work the second day after going to the gym. Had to go with security to my room to get my photo ID then bring it down a terribly busy elevator. The person I dealt with made it seem like it was my fault the card did not work on the second day.

Our bathroom smelled like cigarettes. It took 40min to get cutlery from downstairs to our room, and had to call a 2nd time to get them. The lady at the front desk didn't know if we could park overnight and the fee to park our truck at the parking garage next door because their underground parking doesn't fit higher than a car. (Info she should know) The pillows are like sleeping on a bunch of kleenex squished together. Would not stay here again.

The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Convenient location with good access to public transportation and a ton of restaurants and cafes. The elevators were really slow to arrive to the floor, and often a bit crowded, but that was the only (minor) drawback. Would happily stay there again!
