Everything new fresh and clean. Just 2 storey, no elevator, no prob for me. Great room for 3*! Very comfortable bed and pilllows. Location near Hwys but quiet. And my room was upstairs at the back. Like many inns, the Hvac fan is a bit loud. Earplugs solved that:)

Nice hotel for a visit to Toronto. Close enough to downtown but in an area with convenience and shopping nearby. Hotel itself was clean and nice all around.

During the check in, we were surprised that they gave us a single King size bed room for me and my colleague, because we reserved two 2 queen bed rooms. The receptionist was rude and didn't say any sorry about it. He just asked us to check our booking and told us that all rooms were fully booked and no way to give us two queen bed room. We showed him our reservation were for 2 queen bed rooms, there was still no apology for it! Hairs on bedding sheet and toilet. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I had in any hotels in Canada. That kind of breakfast really damage the brand name of Hilton!

We stayed in 210 and the bed is not well cleaned. Got lots bed bugs bite all over the night . The layout looks good and comfy. Only issue is the bed need to be sanitized thoroughly
