Check-in process needs some work. I struggled finding parking of the property, ended up parking somewhere else. Then got to the lobby, had to go through security check and id verification, then let go to elevator but can't really get to the property because no keys. I had to take the stairs to get to the property on the 23rd floor :( to find the door open and the keys on the table. Very poor way to check-in.

This stay was not the best. No real check in, only one set of keys, the floors were all broken, holes in the wall, and I still have not heard back from the host as to when I will receive my deposit back. Upon arriving, the “host” didn’t answer me for about 15 minutes which left me and my group outside waiting for that time. Then when he finally answered, he had to bring us to the parking because it was very difficult to find… overall just very unprofessional and unorganized… I would not recommend at all.

This property and the management is horrendous. Despite checking in with them regularly before our arrival to confirm our booking, they canceled our room in order to upsell it to someone else. They have no staff on hand at the property and make you call them by phone if any issues. When I called them to ask for support with our check in, they indicated that they needed a few minutes and would call back. A few minutes later, they proceeded to send me this text message: Hi, we just got an update from our team. We regret to inform that the unit is not available anymore that's why unable to provide the unit currently. We will proceed with the full refund. Unfortunately due to some major maintenance issue unable to accommodate you at this moment. We haven't any room available for today. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. They did not respond to anything after that and I noticed all calls made to them went straight to voicemail from that point forward. They then had some other guy conveniently at the property who suggested he could help as he had rooms in the building, although at a significant price increase. This place is so sketchy. While we were dealing with them, they did the same to at least 4 other families, some of whom were in tears as they had nowhere to go and it was getting late, not to mention most had just arrived from the airport like us.

Don’t walk, RUN!
Hotel cancelled my reservation an hour before check in when I paid a deposit a year ago leaving me stranded with my 9 year old autistic child in the middle of Toronto in 40 degree weather. All local hotels were booked and I had to set up arrangements last minute. After receiving no check in email, I contacted the number listed and spoke with an attendant on the phone at 2:23pm letting me know there was a room available that would be ready by 5pm and that I needed to pay a security deposit (more money on top of what I’ve already paid) only to be sent an EMAIL not a phone call, 20 minutes later, to say that no room is actually available. Avoid this business at all costs, they will take advantage of you and won’t even bother to follow up via phone call. This company is a disgrace and all the other negative reviews before this are ACCURATE, booking with them is a gamble.

Amazing location and view needs some maintenance.
I was scared to stay here based on all the bad reviews but it ended up working out great for me and my daughter. We stayed in unit 4608 a basic apartment to attend a concert at rogers centre. The location could not have been better. The unit was clean and very quiet. We felt very safe in the building and location. The unit itself needs a lot of repairs: bathroom door doesnt close, mirror is cracked etc but at half the price as the hotels in the area we were happy with it. Also has an amazing view of the cn tower right from the balcony.

Very poor communication with check in process and the room was not ready at the time they stated it would be. I was sent specific instructions to meet up with a team member across the street from the room I had booked. They stated that check in was at 5 pm and to call an hour prior (4 pm) to schedule meet up with the team member to get the keys. When I called they said the room was not ready and it would not be ready until approximately 6 pm. After some back and forth they agreed to allow us to enter the room while it was still being cleaned. Good thing they allowed us in the room when they did to get ready or we would have been late to the concert we were attending because the woman was still not finished cleaning after 6 pm when we left. The location was great and the room was clean and appeared safe. However, the check in process was very stressful and overshadowed the positives. I would not recommend booking this room if you're on a schedule.

This was awful. We were told 20 minutes before check in that our unit was under « maintenance ». We had a 2 bed unit at 10 minutes walk of Rogers Center, and suddendly, after a 5 hours travel in train we had nothing. They tried to give us a 1 bed unit at 35 minutes walk from Rogers Center. This is unacceptable. I don’t think ecpedia should do business with people like them.

Great location! But the place is a dump. Literally the coach was broken and picked at the dumpster, the mattresses were hard as a rock and extremely dirty and badly stained. No extra towels, no face towel, no extra toilet paper. Destroyed floors, repached walls, blinking light in one the bedrooms. Door laying on balcony! Needs a lot of improvements!

Adequate, great views!
The check in was very sketchy. Seemed like the building managers did not approve of apartments being used as short term rentals. Met someone on the street who brought us in past the real check in desk. Room was supposed to be ready at 4. Met the guy at 5 but room still not ready, no place to store luggage, because again, not really a hotel, so had to leave stuff in the unlocked (because only one key) apartment while cleaning person finished. Place had amazing views of the CN tower and floor to ceiling windows on the 2 sides that faced it! But apartment itself and furnishings pretty shabby, doors between the bedrooms and bathrooms broken, coffee maker didn't work (had to boil water in a pan and do a pour over). We really didn't use much else in the kitchen. Hard time getting into the building when came back after 11 from a concert. All in all it was fine for a 2 night stay but wouldn't do it again.

OK But Pay Attention
This place is what it is. It is a residential condo not a hotel. You have to pay very close attention to all emails and I'd highly recommend Whats App for effective communication. Our unit, 2707, shows the wear of being a recurring rental. Things aren't perfect in your home, and beat up base boards and dirty worn carpet were found here. Don't think I have my refundable $300 damage deposit back. Location and having laundry for a few days on our trip were the pluses. Servicable.

This propery was awful. Broken blinds in two rooms, no blinds in 3rd room. No door on one main bedroom, broken door on balcony. Floor in msin room outside bathroom was damaged and triped several times. Trim on floor was missing in that same room. Tv did not work, broken power bar. The main couch was a futon which was broken and could only lye flat and not be put up into sitting position. Just a terrible place to stay for $500 a night plus $45 for parking plus $ 60 for late checkout which we werent refunded the late check out fee even though we ran out the next day well before 11am. Late checkout was at 1pm. Could of spent what we spent at a nice hotel.

Terrible service. Had to chase them for check-in information. Stressful. No email with instructions. Then sold our room and put us in and inferior room, a good hike from where we had our bags. Then double futon, not queen bed. No toilet paper, got ghosted when we requested some. So we bought some. At checkout we suddenly had emails making checkout clear. Honestly feel they made checkin difficult to upsell room given Springsteen concert demand.
