Detached, south-facing villa, with front line golf views and a private pool. Sleeping 6/7 people in 3 bedrooms, this fabulous modern villa was built in 2015, and has been stylishly furnished. It has everything you need for a perfect family holiday.

Step inside the front door and you will pass the kitchen, with modern white and wood effect units, black worktops and equipped with quality Bosch stainless steel appliances. There is a microwave with grill, electric oven, ceramic hob and stainless hood, large larder style fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is also fully equipped with electric kettle, toaster, espresso maker and all the pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses and crockery you would need. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge/dining room, so you can chat with family and friends whilst preparing dinner. Just beyond the kitchen there is a very modern white dining table and 6 white leather chairs. In the lounge area there is a huge sofa with chaise longue at one end, together with two stylish white leather easy chairs. There is a huge LED TV with UK TV channels, DVD player and free wifi, plus an independent air conditioning/heating unit.

At one end of the villa you will find the master bedroom with king sized bed, white sliding door wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. The ultra modern en suite bathroom has a full sized bath and shower over, wc, bidet and hand basin with storage cupboard. At the other end of the villa and thereby creating a degree of privacy, you will find bedroom 2 with a king size bed and sliding door wardrobes. In here you will also find a safe for storing all your valuables. Bedroom 3, again with white sliding door wardrobes, has a double bed and a foldaway bed to accommodate an additional guest in this room. Between these two bedrooms you will find a shower room, with ultra modern fixtures and fittings, including hand basin, wc and shower cubicle. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning/heating units, so temperatures can be set to suit individual guests' requirements.

Outside, this property has a private pool, with Roman steps leading down into the water. The pool area is fully paved and is furnished with 4 sun loungers for soaking up the sun, together with a parasol, and sofa and chairs to sit and enjoy the view, either during the day or for after-dinner drinks. The area is fully enclosed with wooden fencing, making it very safe and ideal for families with children.

On the resort is a 5* hotel, where you can have something to eat or drink whilst overlooking the fabulous pool area and golf course beyond. In the resort's Town Centre, there is a further restaurant and the community pool (opening times and entry conditions vary). Then just outside one of the resort's entrances is "El Boulevard", a commercial area where you will find a further choice of bars and restaurants. There is also a well-stocked Spar supermarket inside the resort.

As well as the on-site Jack Nicklaus-designed, 18-hole golf course, there are padel courts, a tennis court, outdoor table tennis tables, and a petanca court. There is an outdoor "trim trail", with exercise equipment dotted along a meandering path, in addition to a well-equipped gym. For the children, there is a play park which has slides, climbing frames, see-saws and swings, an animal-themed crazy golf course, and throughout the resort there are plenty of open, green areas, ideal for children to have a run around.

The resort is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and those of the Mediterranean, a little further up the coast. Nearby are the beautiful cities of Cartagena and Murcia, both well worth a visit. You will also find several large shopping centres within easy reach, for a little retail thereapy.
