The property was well maintained location was good, but there was no Ac in 30degres weather I contacted the host to let him no he seemed to already be familiar with the problem and said it was supposed to be fixed he will call someone and call me back. Well they was the end of it didn’t hear back from him tried calling and Lea one msgs he neee replied he ended up leaving could t sleep there because it was deadly inside from the heat! Still waiting to be accommodated for our loss!!

Paying only for location and backyard
The location and access to water in the back and the actual backyard was fantastic and that is what you are paying for . Everything else - The pictures look much better unfortunately. The place needs some serious cleaning . Very hot in all the rooms and am glad I actually brought my own portable bbq and my own pans and we used our own party plates and forks as the cutlery and everything else was not cleaned for use.

Very nice backyard and view, however inside was not as described/pictured. The couch was very dirty, there were many dead bugs on the mantle, and some of the blinds were broken. The biggest issue however was that the air conditioning was unplugged and broken so we had to fix it from outside the house. Even when it was on, it made barely any difference and we were sweating all night. Location was nice, but overall was not worth the money.

A poorly maintained gem
The photos looked promising, but unfortunately, upon arrival, it's clear that the house has suffered from a lack of maintenance. Inefficient air conditioning, torn screens, greasy and sticky appliances, misaligned doors, and much more... In short, for the same value for money, there's probably better elsewhere.
