Heaven's Trail is a part of Mountain Mist Cabins.

This remodeled, charming, 3 bedroom, cabin is located less than 5 minutes off HWY 321 in Townsend, TN, also known as “The Peaceful Side of the Smokies.” Perfect for your family getaway!

This updated & tastefully decorated cabin features 2 private bedrooms with Queen Beds downstairs along with an updated shared bathroom and a loft Sleeping area with a full bed and a private bathroom with a large Tile Shower. Heaven's Trail is the perfect place for the family to get away and relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with a drip coffee maker (BYO-Coffee) a Keurig (BYO-K-cups), and all the dishes and cookware you may need.

All TVs are connected to wifi with access to all of your favorite streaming apps (you must log into your own accounts)! Both bedrooms contain 43” UHD Roku-equipped TVs. The loft & the living room are fitted with 55” TVs.

There is an Electric fireplace for use in the cooler season (Oct. - Mar.), in the living room.

Cocktail-style arcade game with 60 Classic Arcade games to entertain kids of all ages!

Mountain Mist Cabins offers a shared Laundry Area, located at the beginning of the main driveway. It is the FIRST right turn after you have pulled in from the road.

You’ll have the whole cabin to yourself!
Driveway is uphill with a couple of easy turns and is paved.
Driveway drops some at the top when the pavement ends at the gravel parking area!
Electronic Lock on the door, so no keys to misplace or lose.

We will be available through the app anytime between 9 AM and 9 PM before and during your stay. We will respond as quickly as possible.
If there is an emergency, please call 911. If it is non-emergent, we will get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Located on the Peaceful Side of the Smokies, Townsend is just 30 minutes (18 miles) to Pigeon Forge and 40 minutes (24 miles) to Gatlinburg. Less than a mile from HWY 321.
Mountain Mist Cabins contain 5 individual and private cabins. The main driveway is shared, while each cabin has a private driveway and parking for you!
Heaven's Trail is set apart from the other 4! Once you have turned in by the “Mountain Mist Cabins” sign on the main road, you will follow the gravel driveway all the way back. The road becomes paved to get up the hill and Heaven's Trail is the only cabin at the top!

Mountain Mist Cabins is less than a mile from HWY 321 and just minutes away from many attractions. Only 1.6 miles to Davy Crockett Riding Stables, 2.5 miles to Tuckaleechee Caverns, and 4 miles to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park & the Cades Cove Loop.
Heaven's Trail cannot be seen until you are there. Follow the driveway until it becomes paved, and go all the way up the hill! While the main driveway from the main road is shared, each cabin has its own private driveway and yard.

Do not feed or interact with any wildlife, especially bears.
Make sure all trash outside is placed in the bear-proof trash bins or dumpster at the bottom of the driveway.
Never leave trash bags or food outside.
Always lock your car doors as Bears can open them!!

Towels and linens are provided, as well as soaps, shampoos, and even toothbrushes, are available if you forgot yours!

The primary person making the reservation MUST be 21 years of age.

Should you bring more guests than allowed in the cabin you may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM

Do not leave any trash or food outside, it will attract bears. There are bears in this area.
You are in nature and there are bears and other wildlife in the area. If Bears get too accustomed to people, they are put down. If you feed the bears, you can kill the bears, please don't kill the bears.

The hot tub is for guests 21 and over. Alcohol is NOT allowed near the hot tub. You may not use the hot tub if you have consumed any alcohol or are pregnant. USE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK!

As with most cabins in the area, all fireplaces are shut down from April 1 - September 30.

We do not typically offer early check-in or late check-out. However, IF we are able to accommodate, there may be an additional charge.

Condiments, zip locks, and coffee are NOT provided.

Absolutely NO unauthorized fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $250 plus damages. Use of the fire pit is allowed year-round. We do not provide Firewood but it can be purchased in many places around town including most grocery and convenience stores as well as several roadside stands throughout the area.
As always, be safe and use caution. You WILL be accountable for any damages.
