Ich vergebe diesem Hotel nur ungern einen Stern, und das auch nur, weil Sterne vergeben werden müssen. Wir sind aus Deutschland angereist und wurden mit einer äußerst unangenehmen Überraschung empfangen. Um 3:00 Uhr morgens teilte uns der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter mit, dass kein Zimmer für uns verfügbar sei, obwohl wir eine Buchung hatten. Er bat uns, um 12 Uhr wiederzukommen, um das Problem zu klären. Als wir um 12 Uhr zurückkamen, erklärte der Chef, dass er die Buchung über Expedia nicht akzeptiert habe. Es gab jedoch seitens des Betreibers keine Stornierung unserer Buchung. Wir standen mit unserem 10 Monate alten Kind im Regen und wurden bis auf die Unterwäsche nass. Nach langen Telefonaten konnte Expedia für uns am nächsten Tag ein anderes Hotel organisieren. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und hoffen, dass Expedia mit uns gemeinsam rechtliche Schritte gegen den Hotelbetreiber einleitet. Andernfalls wäre wir auch von Expedia enttäuscht.

Tres bon sejour
Accueil sympathique. Chambre tres bien. Petit dejeuner correct dans le parc en face l'hotel. La presence d'un voiturier est appréciable De l'hotel, on peut visiter la ville à pied.
