The house is a preservation-worthy old workers house from Tranekær castle that has been kept close to the original, but with modern facilities, including a new outlet for an electric car. The house is a small house of the time it was built, but with a big heart and the garden (with the big old walnut tree , planted when the house was built), has been kept untouched, which completes the tranquility that the house gives. Here you can relax , lower your shoulders and enjoy the rich wildlife that pops up everywhere. The wild horses often graze on the plains at the end of the road, and can also be seen from the garden's relax corner. The house is designed for different needs. There are futon mattresses (sleeps 3) with combi function sofa/chair/bed in one room for the younger and comfortable raised beds (3) in the other bedroom. In the living room, the sofa can be folded out into a double bed in case of guests with walking difficulties. The house has been renovated with new furniture. There are good opportunities for interesting activities in the area. The castle, restaurant and cafe are a short walk away. The bus runs at the end of the road and there is a beautiful forest for walks and a beach close by. Local bike rental is a few km from the house. Lots of history, culture and atmosphere. WELCOME!
