Comes with linens, fully stocked kitchen, bedding, coffee, and more! This unit is on the 2nd floor! (no elevator available)
The Space:
Second floor condo with one bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom (stand up shower), fully stocked kitchen and cozy living room with pull out sofa (sleeps 2) and smart TV. (no elevator available)
The condo includes: coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, linens, washer, dryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, ironing board, make-up wipes and more!!
Guest Access:
We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo. Your condo will be located on the second floor of the building (no elevator available). We look forward to hosting you :)
The Neighborhood:
This is among other condos in the area that mostly have guests on vacation. Our condo is located in walking distance of everything downtown TC has to offer. It is brand new and provide that "city" feel!
Getting Around:
This condo is in walking distance to Front Street and many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Just a few blocks from the bay. You may use Uber, Lyft to explore more of Traverse City or Northern Michigan during your stay!
Other Things to Note:
-There is a first come first serve parking lot behind the building and a parking garage right next door.
-We are fully staffed for your needs Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and have an on call person on evenings and weekends for emergent situations.

If you have any questions please refer to the QR codes that are in the condo. Simply aim your smart phone camera at the QR code and explore our menu of FAQ and procedures needed for you check in and check out! If you need further assistance: for the quickest response it is best to message us through your booking channel (ex: Airbnb, Booking, Hopper, VRBO, etc.). You may also text us directly (please include what condo you are staying at and the name on your reservation in your message).
