The bright & sunny open-concept kitchen space ensures seamless entertaining and includes a fully equipped kitchen offers a dining table that seats 4 or more with extra seating and storage at the counter peninsula. There’s a full-size fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, a large sink, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, and a chef’s caliber knife block. The cupboards and drawers are stocked with utensils, dishware, glassware, mugs, cookware, pots, pans, etc.

In the bedrooms, you’ll notice the details and charming touches; beautiful quilts, original photography, and collectible posters of iconic local landmarks. We have the luxury of being just feet from the bridge that leads to MDI and Acadia National Park but that also means that we are on the main artery that leads to the park. It gets busy with road traffic from Route 3 and air traffic from the small BHB airport. If you are a light sleeper and want to be deep in nature, this may not be the best spot for you. If you are looking for a relaxed, rustic vibe with what we consider to be the very best location to get to all things Acadia?! This IS your spot. Be sure to ask about earplugs or a white noise machine if you’re concerned about traffic noise.
Outdoor Amenities:
During warmer months the scenic grounds are vibrant with flower boxes, gardens, lush lawns, Adirondack chairs, and picnic tables shaded by umbrellas and mature trees. Play a game of cornhole, or gather with your group to roast marshmallows around the fire pit; the stars here are so bright at night!
