Indeed, during the renovation in 2023, I designed it to welcome you in a warm and reassuring atmosphere. The decor is carefully curated, and the equipment is modern.

The living room is charming. The wooden furniture, soft colors, and soothing decor create a calming ambiance.

After days spent outdoors, you will enjoy returning to this cozy space, which meets all your expectations.

Want to relax? You can settle in on the couch to read, listen to music, or watch your favorite TV shows on the 80 cm flat-screen TV.

With the peaceful environment, you can fully enjoy your evening.

Need to work? You can sit at the living room table and surf the web effortlessly with the high-speed Wi-Fi connection. It’s truly an inspiring workspace that will stimulate your creativity.

Next, the kitchen. Super functional and well-equipped.
You’ll find everything you need for quick and delicious culinary preparations: a two-burner hob, an oven, a microwave, and a capsule coffee machine.

Additionally, the cupboards and refrigerator are very practical.

Honestly, with all the shops at the foot of the building, you can whip up delicious dishes—for takeout or dining in—with minimal effort.

Just next door, behind the glass wall, you have the bedroom with its cozy double bed.
The bathroom, with its Italian shower, will offer you moments of relaxation.
I have paid special attention to these two rooms, knowing how important they are for you.

First, the bedroom. Very modern with its minimalist decor. In the evening, it has a zen and welcoming atmosphere. In the morning, you feel energy and movement.

Attentive to your comfort, I equipped it with a thick mattress (20 cm). The bedding is of high quality.
Here, you will enjoy very pleasant nights. You will wake up as rested as if you had slept on a cloud, ready to face the day’s challenges.

Finally, the bathroom. Simple and clean, it contributes to a comfortable stay with its two-drawer vanity unit, mirror, and Italian shower.

You can get ready there with peace of mind.

The key handover is very simple. Access to the premises is done independently using the key box. I will communicate the procedure to you at noon on the day of your arrival.

My team and I ensure that we are very available (from 10 AM to 6 PM, every day). You can contact us by phone or via Airbnb messaging. If necessary, one of us will come to the accommodation.

As this is not a hotel, no team member lives on site.
