Absolutely perfect for a family vacation, this beautiful home is perfect for entertaining the whole gang featuring an airy living area, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light, and a large deck for soaking up that crisp mountain air each morning and evening. After a day full of hiking or skiing at a nearby mountain resort, the wood stove will warm the entire space and everyone will love reminiscing over a cup of hot cocoa. When mealtimes come around, the fully equipped kitchen will be just the place to prepare delicious meals or quick snacks to enjoy while watching a movie on the flatscreen TV! Not to mention, the kiddos will love the loft complete with a foosball table.
Backing up to the National Forest and trails for mountain biking, hiking, and cross country skiing, you will have no delay in getting a taste of the great outdoors at this retreat. For a change of scenery, simply walk over to Serene Lakes and throw a line in to try and catch a big one. If there are a few skiers in the group, you will have a wide variety of downhill options with Soda Springs Mountain Resort, Boreal Mountain California, and Sugar Bowl Resort all within six miles of your front door!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details: "Lot 1" is the area on Serene Road at the south end of the lakes. The facilities include the Snack Shack, the bathrooms, watercraft storage racks, picnic tables, volleyball court, BBQ grill, audio-video equipment, sun tents, swimming dock, boat dock, bocce court, horseshoe pits and the sandy beach.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
