- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults plus 4 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Please note that this is a ski-in/ski-out residence only when weather permits. We do not offer discounts/refunds for lack of snow.
- This residence has a radiant cooling system and does NOT have forced air A/C.
