Klassinen yhden tarinan Kap Cod -koti, joka sijaitsee Truron valtameren puolella yli hehtaarin maalla, on 3 makuuhuonetta, 1 nukkumasohva ja 3 kylpyhuonetta ja se on mukavasti sisustettu.

Uutta kaudelle 2019: Upouusi keittiö ja kaikki laitteet, mukaan lukien astianpesukone!
Vuosien varrella on tehty päivityksiä, melkein kaikki uudet ikkunat koko talossa, uudet Weber-grilli, massiivitammea kovapuulattiat makuuhuoneessa, olohuoneessa ja ruokasalissa ja kuningatar makuuhuoneessa, yksilöllisesti ohjattava Mitsubishi A / C ja lämmitävät huoneen jokaista huonetta. talo, mukaan lukien den-alue, uudet suuret taulutelevisiot, Sony-musiikkijärjestelmä, joka on yhteensopiva monien äänilähteiden kanssa.

Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja se sijaitsee keittiön ulkopuolella, ja sillä on oma pääsy takakannen alueelle tai etupatioalueelle. Tämän makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella on toinen oleskelu- / den-tyyppinen huone talon toisessa päässä, jossa on yksi nukkumasohva ja yksi normaali sohva, taulutelevisio, ruokasali pöytä, puuhella, holvikatot, näytön ovet ja näyttöpaneelit, jotka tuovat ulkopuolelta kauniina kesäkuukausina!

Keittiö on kokonaan uusittu vuodelle 2019 kaudeksi kaikilla uusilla kaappeilla, työtasoilla, laitteilla ja muulla, ruoanlaitto-iloasi varten! Tarjolla on myös monia muita tarvittavia keittiövälineitä.

Takakannen alueella on keinutetti, liukumäki, apinabaarit, piknikpöytä, sateenvarjo ja grilli, joka sopii erinomaisesti lounaisiin tai BBQ-illallisiin, joista on näkymät takapihan rehevään vehreyteen. Edessä patio on ulkoterassi, jota ympäröivät kauniit istutukset ja upea auringonvalo eri aikoina koko päivän.

We highly recommend the property. The home is lovely. It is very comfortable and well maintained. The spacious interior would be very adequate for the number of guests suggested. This trip was just the two of us but the home could easily accommodate additional guests. The backyard and front yards are also quite spacious.

Lovely home in a great location to beaches, restaurants and P Town. Private in the woods and was exceptionally quiet. The house was large enough to accommodate eight people comfortably. The outdoor setting with outdoor shower, grill, outdoor fire pit and backyard deck was great. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. I highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a Cape Cod vacation.

Overall, this property was very good. The owner was super friendly and attentive. I would suggest that she add to the listing that anyone with any type of mobility issues might have a difficult time and the laundry room, while is in a basement, is not accessible to the main house unless you go outside to the driveway. Not being negative, it was a great house, I just like to know what l am walking into.

Wonderful!
First trip to Cape Cod was wonderful and we very much enjoyed this house. As a family from NYC the kids greatly appreciate the space the house gave them to be away from each other (teens). The house has a great kitchen with great cookware and appliances. It’s very quiet and secluded but just minutes from anything you might need. Plenty of food options and the drive around Wellfleet, Truro and P town was easily done. The beaches of Truro I think are the best as well. Over all I can’t say a bad word about this listing. Hoping to be back sometime.

Truro house close to ocean side beaches
This is a spacious home within an easy bike ride to our favorite Long Nook Beach. No one ever accused us of traveling light. Happily, there was plenty of room for all the stuff for a family of 5 without tripping over things. The main room had lots of room for everyone to sprawl out to play games, watch TV, read a book or just chill out. We very much enjoyed the outdoor shower, which opened up to the woods to give the full outdoor experience while still offering privacy. The back yard featured a picnic table on the patio and nice fire pit. Overall, a very enjoyable spot for a family vacation on the Outer Cape.

Beautiful home near everything
Absolutely fabulous home right in the middle of everything you'll want to do in Cape Cod. Ocean, bay, ponds, and towns are all a short drive away. The home is meticulously done and extremely comfortable for a large family or a group of friends. The grounds give a feeling of wooded seclusion and the firepit overlooking the forest is a perfect way to end a day at the beach. Strong, strong recommendation.

Quit, clean, restful and close to our new favorite beaches
We had a wonderful stay in Truro. We all enjoyed the quietness and out of the way feeling of this property while still being close to the main drag. Beautiful wild beaches on the ocean side, and warm strolling beaches on the bay. Nothing felt too far away. Quick jot to Ptown for lunch and to climb the tower. Perfect getaway.

Went to the Cape last minute with my adult daughter. We each had friends stop by during the week. Beautiful home with just about any amenities you could need! Lots of room to spread out, and so close to some of the best beaches on the Cape!

Such a fantastic house!
We had such a great time at this house! Half of our trip was warm and we were able to enjoy the fire pit and hanging outside, the other half was cold and we were able to light a fire in the fireplace! Highly recommend, and a great host! Seven of us fit very comfortably!

Great rental for a family
This house is updated and has a great layout for a family plenty of space Kitchen has everything you need Plenty of bath towels,blankets and a washer and dryer It has alot of windows in the family room which is great The outside is relaxing in the morning sun for coffee The outside shower is always a plus if you sleep in the downstairs area with the pullout just know that there are no blinds or curtains we saw this and brought travel curtains but the garage door is quite large to cover but it is a very cozy spot to hang out in They have a great game selection but some where missing alot of pieces but overall this was a great place to stay Would definitely recommend

Lovely home, could be a little more low-maintenance
This is a very lovely house in a nice, private setting. Owner was pleasant, responsive, and easy to deal with. Some things are a little bare bones (pretty basic dining/cooking supplies, absolutely no foodstuff supplies, as in not even salt is available), but overall well-appointed and supplied. The house is very clean, but renters are expected to do most of the laundry, which is a little inconvenient when you're trying to leave (you need to wash and fold all towels before checkout at 10AM, which is a first for me after a decade of cape rentals) and also makes me worry about the linens we were using while there, which were laundered (hopefully) by former renters. Outdoor shower had not been cleaned. Nice place but, for the price, not as carefree as other places I've stayed in the area.

A beautiful comfortable welcoming home. We enjoyed every moment close to the Cape Cod National Seashore beaches . Restaurants were plentiful and close . A mini Family reunion with plenty of room for all . Highly recommended. Adrienne was a gracious host .

Lovely house with extremely responsive and helpful owners!
We had such a great time staying in this beautiful house! The location was absolutely ideal, and the property is beautiful - a much larger yard than most Cape houses. It felt very private. My kids loved the playscape outside, we enjoyed eating dinner on the brand new picnic table (delivered by the owners while we were there!), and the small clothesline was nice for hanging a towel or two to dry after an afternoon at the beach (note that it's not big enough to hang more than a few things). Inside the house, the beds were among the most comfortable we've ever slept in (even the brand new sofa bed in the den)! The house is very bright with sunlight, which I LOVE. Do be aware that there are not curtains on the windows in the den, so if you are staying in that room, the sunlight will come in as soon as the sun is up. The living room is huge and has tons of comfortable seating; the dining table is large and seating for six was perfect for us. The kitchen looks brand-new, with new appliances and granite countertops. It's a shotgun kitchen, so working space is a little tight for more than one person at a time, but it was very well-stocked with dishes, and nice and bright to boot. There are games and books available, as well as many menus from local restaurants and guides to local attractions. The wall art is lovely, too! The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. They live very close by, and came by several times to drop off things to make our stay more enjoyable. The only negative to the house was a damp smell in the den (which was originally a garage), which the owners had an air freshener jar in to help mitigate. I'm smell-sensitive to the fresheners, so we put them away for the week (and took them out again when we left), but the damp smell might be problematic to highly smell-sensitive people. The VRBO listing has two bathtubs, but there is only one. The showers in the other bathroom are lovely, though! Be aware that the washing machine is on the small side, so plan for several loads when you are washing towels or linens. All in all, we had a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

Family Fun
This was a wonderful renovated cottage, it had a new kitchen, and was well supplied with kitchen items needed to cook. The property is surrounded by trees, offering peaceful views from the windows. Can’t wait to come back!
We had the best time during our stay. The house was spacious and sparkling clean. The primary bedroom mattress was incredibly comfy & all showers had great water pressure. There was plenty of space - I can see this house as a great place for families with teens that want some separation or privacy. My younger children loved playing on the playground outside - what an awesome feature! The location can’t be beat - such easy access to our favorite spots in Truro. We cannot wait to come back & would love to stay here again.
