We had a wonderful stay. Short drive to Historic downtown 4th Avenue where we walked around. Some people we met said the restaurant attached to the hotel was awesome so we ate there and agree. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Some appliances didn’t work, bath tub clogged, main door didn’t close right, The breakfast was change last minute it is not the restaurant as promised by email 1 day before. And overall things were not the same as before.

The property was nice, and very clean. We had a pet room, which I think I will always reserve going forward because I don’t like carpet in the room. The only issue I have were the homeless encampments across the street. The young lady checking us in was a complete sweetheart, I don’t think the lady who checked us out, cared for us much

I felt very safe in this hotel and the front desk girl was very sweet and accommodating and helpful and let me know exactly where to park and where my room was and accommodating a ground floor for me, I will definitely come back to this hotel, It’s an old hotel but it’s maintained very nice

I wouldn’t stay here again under any circumstances
Right across the street from park with lots of homeless. Found a person scavenging in a trash can next to my room when I came home one night. Did not feel safe and did not feel safe leaving my car parked. Was provided ear plugs upon arrival. That’s never a good sign. Since I was right next to a noisy ice machine I needed to use them. Very poor experience. The employees were nice which was their only redeeming quality.

Good enuf, could be worse.
I seem to recall booking the room at a different rate than I was charged, but I’ve no way to corroborate that. I attempted to message the hotel with questions, I never got responses. Checkout was at 11am(awesome) but housekeeping literally entered the room at 10am when a “do not disturb” sign was on the door. Twice. TWICE. they knocked, did not wait for an answer & entered. Not cool. Lady behind the desk/over the radio clearly stated, “I saw them drive out.” Which she did, at 730am and we came back after breakfast around 9, which I guess she didn’t see. Either way, it was unprofessional & unappreciated. The pool was nice, the area was suspect but it was generally a good stay.
