I like the fact that there are options to eat. The roos are nice and clean, but I do have a complaint.i reserved the room for 2nights everything was fine but the second night I had to leave the hotel because the people next door were smoking marijuana. I don't smoke the smell was so bad I went to another hotel because of that I know is not the hotel fault but I really was uncomfortable with the smell.

The place was not super clean and after we returned from first day outing, we came to dirty room and no new towels. Went to front desk and asked what was going on, they stated that the only clean rooms every other day since we were only staying 2 days they would not be cleaning room. Thought maybe they should mention this at check-in. any way food at restaurant pretty sub standard. Will never go back.

**Terrible First-Time Experience** I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Desert Diamond Casino. The staff were disrespectful and unaccommodating, which set a negative tone for my entire visit. To make matters worse, there's no shuttle service to the airport, which was a major inconvenience. The rooms were unclean, which is simply unacceptable. After a three-day stay, I was told to request a late check-out with the morning housekeeping staff, which made no sense at all. For a first-time visitor, I expected a higher level of accommodation and service. This place is definitely not deserving of a three or four-star rating. I would not recommend it to anyone. ---
