Stinky, urine-stained carpeted room ! ! !

I came for only one night with my small dog. The first thing that hit me when I entered the room (#124) was the STINK - the room smelled of pet urine! The carpet had urine stains!! I told the receptionist and he told me the hotel was going to remodel in a couple of months. He told me they had no other rooms available. I asked if there was a spray and he told me the housekeeping were already gone. I asked for incense - anything to cover the smell. I made sure to put nothing on the carpet and wore my slippers. I should be given a refund for this - totally unacceptable.

The staff was friendly, the pool area was nice but my room as filthy. Not sure the sheets were even changed, someone else’s dirty underwear and socks in the bathroom, another pair of socks in the main room. Tile in bathroom peeling off the floor. Carpet stained everywhere and dirty.

In need of renovation

Overall, the room and gotel had what we needed. However, it is in desperate need of a renovation; old carpet, cheap laminate flooring, faucet fixture moved, shower didnt drain well, no usb charging outlet. The room didnt even have an alarm clock. Breakfast was decent and basic. Coffee needs to be tended to quicker. Sevwral times throughout all of breakfast, I noticed people waiting for more coffee. Staff was friendly. Close to and within walking distance of restaurants.

Dirty and lacking updates at location. Example is the elevator sounded like it was a bike chain running it. It was cheap and a place to sleep. Breakfast was poorly stocked to the point where a line formed at the waffle machine. Beds were the most uncomfortable even compared to a motel 6 I’ve stay at that had plenty of homeless living at it. Don’t expect to get bang for you buck. Come sleep and go out around since it’s in a great area.

Great location, clean room, good breakfast options, the only minor issue we had was with the elevator where the door got stuck a couple of times and when going up and down it made a lot a noise that we could hear from our room since it was close by.

Very poorly maintained property. The place was dirty. The restrooms on the public area were not cleaned in the 4 nights we were there. The breakfast was terrible and was always out of the hot meal. I will NEVER stay at that property again!

The only reason i give 4 stars instead of 5 is because property does not have rooms with sofa bed and my reservation was for 5 adults so i assumer they would have. This may also be expedia's fault since I clearly stated I needed a room for 5 and they gave me this hotel as an option. I probably ahould have called and confirm. Anyway hotel is very clean and staff was excellent! The did provide with a rollout bed but honestly it is very worn out and it should be replace.

Definitely a dirty place, parking lot panda rooms, not good. No doubt the whole place needs an upgrade. But Hilton is going to be taking over, that will most likely be a good thing.......

Property is very dated. Was there with many other people for a sporting event in town. All the rooms smelled foul. However, the worst thing was breakfast! This is a very large hotel and it was full over the holidays. The amount of food they had available for all these people was pathetic. Maybe one third of the patrons got any portion of a hot breakfast. When i asked staff if more food would become available, i got my head bit off, and they simply said they were doing the best they could! They ran out of bread and when they had bread none of the toasters worked. They also ran out of coffee every morning...shameful. i was there 3 nights and it was this way every morning! Management shouldnt advertise something they cant deliver! Also, 3 nights 4 days, and i never had maid service, new towels, etc. Had to literally run down a maid for TP, kleenex and a trash bag! If you dont have to....DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
