Large home / pool near the Catelina Foothills

Take the extended family to this newly remodeled 6bd/5ba for a morning UTV ride and enjoy the jacuzzi and heated pool in the afternoons. Fire pit, RV parking & pet run . We are a 5 minute walk to world class shopping. This place is amazing with something to offer everyone.

Large spacious family area , dining room and kitchen.
4 of the 6 bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
The 2 smaller bedrooms share the guest bathroom.

Large (1 acre) lot that is perfect for parking you toys / RV or ??)

Nice shopping center, Safeway & whole-foods is located 5 minutes (walking) from the house

Great home, great location
My family, 3 daughters, 3 sons-in-law, 9 grandkids, and myself had a wonderful stay in this spacious home. Easy walking to groceries, short drives to many amenities, easy navigation to multiple attractions. The heated pool was a definite win! Great backyard. Host was very responsive when emailed. Definitely recommended!

The property was ideal for a large/extended family. The actual property was even better than expected from the pictures online. The host was very responsive on some issues around check in, which is the only time there were any issues. overall, a wonderful experience.

Beautiful property needs to be maintained.
The property is lovely and has a great location. The property had several maintenance issues; It was difficult to turn on the pool and water was way to cold to swim in until our last day. Some of the blinds in the bedrooms did not open. Door knobs fell off. Bath room doors were locked accidently in the night and required a knife to open. We could not open the door to the 6th bedroom, so were unable to use it. Hall toilet ran all the time. Lights in that bathroom flickered off and on. The property needs some TLC.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was great for our family. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The location was great for what we wanted to do. It would have been nice to have another garbage can - 14 people for a week generates more than one can when there is not recycle. We very much enjoyed our stay at your house.

Great Thanksgiving Stay
We enjoyed the house immensely. Even though it was November the kids swam everyay. The outside temperature was in the low 70's every day. Pool was heated. Enough beds for 12 people and plenty of bathrooms. House was great and location was perfect.

Family get away
We had a good time.There were a couple of Hiccups the bathroom door knob came loose and my dad got stuck on the restroom. The kitchen faucet was not bolted down so real hard to use. Great neighborhood. Pool was cool but so much fun.

Large home with plenty of rooms in a great northern Tucson neighborhood. Family enjoyed our 3 day staycation and took full advantage of the large pool. Would gladly return in the future.

I believe I can speak for everyone in saying that we enjoyed our stay so much at your estate. We had all 6 of our grandchildren there as well as our three kids and was also able to enjoy a small grad party for our son. The kids LOVED the pool. Sitting out there on the deck at night after the kids were all tucked in bed was so peaceful and enjoyable. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Spacious, Comfort and Great Location
We had the absolute time of our lives in this great home!Plenty of room for everyone and so much comfort. Every single bed was so comfortable that we didn't even miss our beds from home. The kitchen was stocked well. My only complaint would be that one trash can I not enough room sor such a big house especially if you are hosting small gatherings. The pool area was great and plenty of room for the dogs to stay happy.

Lots of room!
This property was great for our small college competition team to stay in! There were tons of beds and bathrooms, the place was very clean, and all the amenities were as advertised. The location was excellent and quiet, there was a nice plaza right next door for groceries, etc., and the driveway was perfect for our multiple cars. We loved to pool and hot tub, and I especially appreciated the awesome grill! Great place to stay and will use again in the future!

Foothill’s Easter weekend getaway
Foothill’s older style house with plenty of room and heated pool. This is house has great location near the southeast corner of Ina & Oracle. This house has plenty of rooms for all to have their own space. We had two families, and my in-laws and still had a room unused. Plenty of parking space and well lit drive way and entrance. I’ve stayed at a lot hotels & VRBOs but this house had the most comfortable beds I have slept in besides my own Tempur-Pedic at home. My kids asked if we could rent this house again when we go school clothes shopping. This location I definitely would recommend!!!

Great place to spend time at with a large group
The house was great for a large group. We stayed for three nights and decided to spend time at the property on the last day rather than going back downtown, because the area in back had great views and the pool/hot tub combo was super pleasant. The kitchen was set up very well for prep, cooking, and cleaning with one or two cooks. It was a little tight otherwise. Super convenient to get to grocery stores, and a few good restaurant options within walking distance (limited sidewalks).

The house was very clean had nice furniture and plenty of kitchen seating.
The area around the pool had really nice landscaping adequate seating, tables and floaties. The area outside the pool enclosure and plenty of room the dog to fun around. There were 2 things that required us to follow up on Kaleb only responded to emails. We were helped warming up the pool but cleaning it was beyond our skills. After three days the pool was cleaned and was then wonderful. Taking hot showers was difficult. After three hot showers only warm showers were available. We tried to take only three showers an hour but warm water still became the norm. A plumber came in but could to nothing. This was discouraging. The house was clean and beautiful and I would recommend it keeping in mind shower problem. Keep in mind the need to coordinate showers throughout the day.

Amazing Family Christmas
We had an amazing 10 night stay in this great house. Enjoyed the pool and spa a lot thanks to the heated pool and some wonderful AZ weather over the Christmas break. The separation of bedrooms in “wings” as my kids called it was great to give everyone lots of space to retreat if needed. We had a large group for 10 days and no one felt confined. We appreciated having in house laundry so we could pack lighter. The common areas dividing the house in the centre were also great and had lots of room for entertaining, playing games and having big meals. Kaleb was amazing to work with answered any questions that we had immediately! I would highly recommend this house for large groups!!! Also, being able to walk to grab just about anything we needed was an added bonus, great location!

It is in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding and it worked perfectly for all of us! The beds were very comfortable. I do wish they had queen beds instead of full in two of the rooms though. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

We came with a large family group for a wedding. Everyone had a room and a bed so the house was big enough for us all. The kitchen space fit us as well. We had hoped to use the pool, but waited too long to turn on the heat. Kaleb was very responsive and helpful. The house totally fit our needs! Thank you Kaleb!

Awesome Huge House
We were a group of seven ladies traveling for a tennis tournament. We all had our own beds plus a bunch of extra beds and we almost all had our own bathrooms, a must when you’re all trying to get out the door at the same time. I cannot express to you how comfortable every single bed was….again, an absolute treat for ladies playing tennis all day, exhausted. The kitchen is ready to cook, There's a gorgeous pool snd spa and a grill. There is a ton of seating in tbe living room snd at the kitchen bar so everyone can be together. it really was a great experience for our group. We go back every year and will definitely stay at this house again.
