Guests will get a message the day before arrival with Check-in Instructions. It will include the contact info for the host both on and off Airbnb. All other interaction is up to the guest.

-There is a $500 fee for ANY smoking on the property (this includes all substances/types).
-Heating the pool requires a 72-hour notice and an additional $125 daily.
No more than 12 people are allowed to stay in the house.
No guest unless written permission from owner or co-host.
Quiet time after 10 pm.

There is a $250 fee for a pet.
There will be an automatic $500 fine if there is ANY smoking on the property (this includes all substances/types). Heating the pool requires 72 hour notice and is an additional $125 a day.
