Room was infested with roaches. The shower/tub leaked into the bathroom floor. There were used dirty towels in the room when we checked in.

I don't know why it was such a horrible experience this time. I've stayed here before and it was nice. But this time, i had to clean the room when we got there. I reserved a smoking room and they said they didn't have any and put us in non smoking. The walls are so thin that whatever a neighboring unit was smoking came through the walls. The noise in every direction from the other units made it impossible to sleep. Maybe the non smoking rooms are not as nice as the smoking rooms. But this visit was the most disappointing.

Lives up to expectations
It took 18 min for someone to come inside to check me in the evening of my arrival. Once checked in, room was as expected given the type of establishment. Although, issues with connecting to WiFi to include very weak signal which often meant insufficient connection. Likewise, TV remote batteries were dead, however, girl at front desk eagerly replaced them for me. Beds and pillows not comfortable. Lastly, bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner because none were provided!

Bed was to olde and uncomfortable, roaches in the bathroom and the kitchenette, no shampoo, bad to none internet, telephone in the room didn’t work at all I asked the ladies in the lobby 3 times and nothing happened, my wasn’t cleaned in 4 days that I was there, I ask the clean lady for extra coffee.

Room had a cockroach, the front desk could not understand us when we asked for help w the stove and the remote control. (No batteries) Was glad that the lady corrected the problems by placing us in another room. (we were however awaken at 3am fr some very loud scraping noises fr the top of us.)

over all the rooms are ok. used to stay there frequently until i started seeing cockroaches. staff says they spray for them but rooms kept having them so i quit staying there. last night i gave them another try. moved the coffee pot to make coffee and cockroaches were there. never again
