Tätä 3 100 sf taloa käytetään vain loma-asunnoissa. Täysin remontoitu talo Master Suite sekä 1 makuuhuone queen-vuode, 1 makuuhuone, jossa 2 erillistä vuodetta ja yläkerran makuuhuone 1 king-vuode, joka voidaan muuntaa 2 kaksoset. Se on 3 täysin varustettua kylpyhuonetta ja 1 puoli-amme, avoin pohjaratkaisu, 2 tilavaa olohuonetta jaettu alkuperäisen takka ja kaikki kova puulattiat päällä tasolla. Yläkerrassa on olohuone ja lisäksi makuuhuone ja täysin kokolattiamatto. Yläkerrassa on hyvä paikka lapsille päästä pois ja pelata pelejä ja katsella televisiota. Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on takka, jotta voit rentoutua. Meidän uusinta keittiö on butcherblock ja graniitti työtasot, nykyaikaiset laitteet, leivänpaahdin, Keurig täydentävät paikallisesti paahdettu kahvi, mikroaaltouuni ja kaikki mitä tarvitset tuntuu kotona. Huolestuneita pienimmistä? Lapsiturvallisuusominaisuuksissamme on pistorasiat, kotelon tulpat ja lasten turvatyynyt. Meillä on oma työasema, jossa on kirjoituspöytä ja tulostin, jos tarvitset jotain työtä. Taloon voi majoittua jopa 12 henkilöä. Meillä on vain muisti vaahtopatja. Meidän FLAT-näyttö, älykäs televisio on vapaa Netflix, Hulu, Direct TV ja Spotify. Pieni koira sallittu ennakkoon. Tämä tilava ja viihtyisä koti sijaitsee upeassa Tulsa-kaupunginosassa, l����hellä Tulsa-yliopistoa, Expo-keskusta, sairaaloita, ravintoloita, puistoja, keskustaa, Trader Joe'ssa, viihdettä ja paljon muuta! Tulet rakastamaan tätä hiljattain remontoitua kotiä, koska se on täydellinen paikka, modernit päivitykset mutta historiallinen viehätysvoima ja kodikas tunnelma. Tämä tilava koti sopii pariskunnille, soolourheilijoille, liikematkailijoille, perheille (lapsille) ja suurille ryhmille. Talomme tarjoaa "kodikas" ilmapiirin säästää rahaa.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Tulsa Expo Center. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi aamiaisen (lisämaksusta). Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja 3.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Great House!
Seven of us came to Tulsa for a concert. The house was plenty big and well accommodated. The ittle extras (snacks & bottled water) left by the owners were really nice. The kitchen is well stocked, the house was very clean and really nice! Location was good too. Would definitely stay here again!

Haven’t been to Tulsa in 25 years. The house was perfect to have my sisters and our children come together for a weekend. Everything was clean and easy to find. Beds very comfortable. Lawn care came early 7:30am day of check out and possibly could have waited until after or next day. But overall a wonderful place to stay

5 sisters celebrating a 50th birthday
The house is comfortable, plenty of room. There were a few glitches….no batteries in any TV remotes (think they may have been stolen by previous guests) and an A/C window unit with the window surrounding it open to the elements. MJ took care of both of those items immediately when notified. The biggest problem was a ROKU that had a password that wasn’t listed, MJ didn’t have and we missed most of the first half of the Super Bowl before we used the upstairs TV and used our own account to watch it. If it weren’t the Super Bowl…we wouldn’t have minded…the Netflix, Amazon Prime worked fine. We had a great time celebrating our sister and enjoying each other at the house.

The owner is difficult to reach prior to occupancy. Very noisy against the road. Nickel and dime fees. And even after I expressed these thoughts no direct response from the owner. Overpriced for what you get. And don’t expect a quiet stay

Very Nice Property
The property was clean and well maintained. The House is huge and could accomodate many more than the 3 of us who stayed. The furnature including the beds was very comfortable and in very good condition. Would recommend this property to anyone. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for location is the house is on the corner where the residential street intersects a busy street. But the house is well made and the street noise turned out not to be an issue inside.

Great house near Expo Center!
Nice older home with updated areas. Super close to the expo center for events being held there. Plenty of space for all four of us! Great hot water in bathrooms, beautiful remodeled kitchen, nice size laundry room and TV’s in most bed rooms (we fall asleep to tv) super enjoyable! Also minutes from cherry street so we could enjoy our favorite restaurants and plenty of space for parking both our dually’s! Highly recommend!

The house was double-booked and we had to stay in a different house far away from the area we originally rented a house in. We had three people who had to sleep on air mattresses, one in a closet. While I understand that mixups happen and I appreciate the owner’s help in getting us into another house, it was not what we had planned or expected for our trip.

We didn’t have any issues by The property owners had open lines of communication. The house was close to the TU campus, located in a quiet neighborhood and only one block from a great bakery. I would stay here again.

We were a group of 6 women, staying in town for a convention at the Cox Business Center. We loved the house! It is adorable, comfortable, beautifully decorated with lots of space to spread out. It is also conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown and down the street from lots of great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!
