Beautiful property

Everything was grwat. Such a beautiful property and we loved all the extra details. Beds were comfy, showers were hot. Breakfast looked good but we ended up going out. Fitness center had lots of treadmills, weights, etc. Pool looked fun!

Cleaning crew needs some training.

The counter attendant was absolutely wonderful and the room was incredible! It was a great stay. The only problem we experienced was the cleanliness of the hallways and the crew that did house keeping. We could not believe how much food and trash was left all over the floors in hallway and the cleaning crew didn’t clean up any of it during our two day stay. They left all of their cart equipment completely blocking the hallway as we made our way to the elevator. We literally had to move their carts to get passed them. Never have seen anything like it. Who ever trained the desk attendants obviously had nothing to do with training the rest of the staff. It was truly pathetic. We were so pleased with the room. So disappointing that I couldn’t leave a better review.

I've stayed many times here as it is the host for our monthly club event. It used to be pretty reasonable price wise but has doubled since last year. I usually stay two nights but if they continue the price gouging Im looking at other nearby venues.
